Trikona Mudra

Steps

Join the tips of both the thumb together. The tips of the index finger and the middle finger should also
be joined. Ring finger should touch the nail of the middle finger.

Duration

15 Mins X 3 times a day

Benefits

Cures spondylitis

Cures musculoskeletal diseases

Decreases the pain instantly

Naga Mudra

Cross the hands and cross the thumbs keeping the palms one upon the other and place the mudra on
the lap.

Benefits

Strengthens the pelvic region, womb, prostate gland and slow urination

Thinking becomes clear

Increases the intelligence and wisdom

MAHA SIRAS MUDRA

Siras = Head

Since this mudra cures many problems related to head , it is called –

POSTURE

Padmasana or

Sukasana

DURATION

6 minutes at a time

3 – 4 times a day

Don’t exceed 6 minutes

Steps

Connect the tips of index & middle fingers with that of the thumb

Bend the ring finger and touch the palm

Udhan Mudra

when the tips of the thumb, Index finger ,middle finger and the ring finger touch each other and the
little finger is stretched out side.

Samana

Vyana.

Udhana safegauards the throat area.

Benefits

Gives a person the required strength

Safeguards the area between the chest till the navel

Vayan Mudra

Its helps to activate the various movement of the both the inner and outer part of the body. Cures
nevers related diseases vata. Vayan mudra increases vata

This mudra is made when the tip of the index finger and middle finger touches the tips of the thumb.
This mudra is a combination of the chin mudra and akash mudra

band. He will come out of the unconscious state

Pushan Mudra

Pushan means nourisher, one of the twelve sun .

Steps

In the right hand, the tips of the index finger and middle finger should touch the tip of the thumb.

In the left hand, middle finger and ring finger tips should touch the tip of the thumb.

This increase the energies in three elements aakash, air and earth

Benefits

Increases Immunity

Gives energy to the body

Helps to evacuate the toxins and waste products

Since wind energy is more, person becomes active.

Since earth energy is more, bones, muscles and strengthened

Sahaja Shanka mudra

Clasp the ginger of the both the hands. Keep both the thumbs on the index finfer. Like shanka mudra,
this mudra also cures the diseases of throat.

Strengthens the intestine and improves digestion
