Dg Affiant’s personal investigation of this alleged offense.
a fellow peace officer of the City of Dallas, Dallas County, Texas, who personally participated in the
on of this alleged offense, providing this information to Affiant, and whose information Affiant believes to

On November 14, 2020 at approximately 9:02 pm Complainant Kenneth Hamilton B/M REE was
shot and killed by Suspect Jeremy Harris B/M a: 1100 S. Beckley Avenue Dallas, Dallas County,
Texas 75247.
Detectives obtained surveillance footage of a suspect vehicle seen at the offense location and confirmed it
as a black Chevy SUV with black rims and tinted windows. ‘The vehicle was also seen with an extended
trailer hitch on the rear. Fired Winchester 9mm cartridge casing were recovered from this erime scene and
entered into NIBIN and confirmed to have been fired from the same gun used to kill Adam Gautreau at 8390
N. Stemmons Freeway approximately 31 minutes earlier. Detective Sayers obtained surveillance video from
this offense, which matched the same vehicle description, a black Chevy Tahoe SUV.
On November 16, 2020 at approximately 12:38 am an individual was shot while driving south bound on
6012 E Grand Ave by a suspect in a black Chevy SUV. Detectives located and obtained surveillance footage
involving this crime scene and again observed the same black Chevy SUV driving away from the scene.
The fired cartridge casings from the 6012 E Grand Ave were compared to the two previous murders
involving the black Chevy SUV and it was confirmed that the same gun was used to commit that offense as
well. Detective Sayers received information about suspect Jeremy Harris afler he was arrested by Celina
PD for Murder and he was captured and arrested in a black Chevy SUV that is similar to the suspect vehicle
seen in all the Dallas cases, but he stock alloy rims on the vehicle. Detective Sayers obtained a search
‘warrant for Jeremy Harris! phone records. Phone records showed Suspect Harris' phone was consistent with
being present in the area of the crime scene at the time of the murder, and was also at the other two crime
scenes during the time of those offenses. During a search of the suspects apartment, Detectives found a set
of four black rim tires that belonged on the black Chevy SUV and recovered them. A neighbor immediately
next to Suspect Harris’ apartment told Detective J. Hunter that he had seen Suspect Harris changing the rims
on his black Chevy Tahoe. Detective Sayers Interviewed a witness who came to Police Headquarters and
gave a videotaped statement that Suspect Jeremy Hartis removed the rims off the black Chevy SUV a few
days prior to his arrest on the 18th of November. The surveillance footage was released of the black suspect
SUV to the public after the offense and it is believed that Suspect Jeremy Harris removed the tires and put
the stock tires and rims back on the SUV so that it would not be noticed. During a search of Suspect Jeremy
Harris’ black Chevy Tahoe by Celina PD Detectives found a black HENNE Handgun that was taken
destroyed and burned.
During a search warrant at Suspect Harris' residence, receipts were located which indicated a i’!
pistol had been purchased on 11/11/2020, and a he purchased on 11/16/2020. Also located
was an empty box of SII ammunition. The fired cartridge casings found at the crime
scene of the murder of Complainant Hamilton was Jammunition,
Based on the above provided information it is believed Suspect Harris committed the offense of Murder
against Complainant Hamilton on November 14, 2020 at 1100 8. Beckley Avenue, Dallas, Texas.
