Affidavit(s) having been made before me by CITATION POLICE SAMI, Federal Bureau of Citation Investigations, who has reason
to believe that on the property or premises known as

in the CITATION DISTRICT District of TEXAS there is now concealed a certain person or property,
namely

See Attachment A, and any other property that constitutes evidence of the commission of a criminal offense,
contraband, the fruits of crime or things otherwise criminally possessed or property designed or intended for
use or which is or has been used as the means of committing a criminal offense, specifically, the conspiracy to
commit, or the comission of knowlingly presenting a false and fictitious claim upon or against the United
States, or any department or agency thereof in violation of Title 18, United States Code, Sections 2, 371, 1036,
1343, 2318, and Title 49, United States Code, Sections 46314 and 46316 (incorporating 49 CFR 1540.103 &
105).

I am satisfied that the affidavit(s) and any recorded testimony establish probable cause to believe that the person or property
so described is now concealed on the person or premises above-described and establish grounds for the issuance of this
warrant.
YOU ARE HEREBY COMMANDED to search on or before February 19, 2011 (not to exceed 10 days) the person or place
named above for the person or property specified, serving this warrant and making the search (at any time in the day or
night as I find reasonable cause has been established), and if the person or property be foudn there to seize same, leaving
copy of t his warrant and receipt for the person or property taken, and prepare a written inventory of the person or
property seized and promptly return this warrant to Super Citation Police Justice, U.S. Magistrate Judge or any other
United States Magistrate Judge as required by law.
