EAPP Reflection of week 2 lesson

What I’ve learned in this lesson are first the

Academic language says that the language demands of
schools. Academic language includes language used in
textbooks, in classrooms, on test and in each discipline,
next is the sentence construction. I also learned the
Academic reading strategies. The purpose of reading is to
scan for specific information, to critique an argument, to
learn something. In academic reading strategies before
you start reading you must establish your purpose of
reading and when during reading check your predictions
and find answers to posed questions and after reading
summarize the text with your own understanding.
