DECLARATION FOR DOCUMENT VERIFICATION

I, ___________________________ S/o / D/o / w/o ____________________ have received call letter


for interview vide email dated ________________ for the post of __________________ to be held
on _______________ through _______________ (Personal Interview/ Video Conferencing). As
advised in the email, I am submitting self attested copy of documents for verification in support of
the following:

a) Age: Birth certificate/High School /Higher secondary school certificates for proof of age
b) Educational qualifications: Mark sheets and Certificates for Matriculation, Higher Secondary,
Graduation, Post graduation, etc.
c) Experience - relieving letter, experience certificate etc.
d) Proof of Identity - PAN Card/Driving Licence/Voter Card/Aadhaar Card
e) Bank Statement/ Salary slip certified by your current employer indicating the last salary
drawn by you

I hereby accept that, my selection/ joining with NABCONS will be subject to verification of original
documents (as detailed above). My candidature will stand cancelled if any discrepancy is observed at
the time of joining.
