Science 10 Learning Continuity Plan

This learning continuity plan outlines activities for science students to learn about plate tectonics and earth structure over the period of June to August 2020. The plan includes 6 competencies that will be covered through 7 hands-on activities. Students will learn about the distribution of volcanoes and earthquake epicenters, different plate boundary types, processes at plate boundaries, Earth's internal structure, causes of plate movement, and evidence supporting plate tectonics. The final performance task requires students to create an informational scheme about earthquake and tsunami risks for their local community.
