Closing Synthesis: “Global Workforce”

Workforce today, is highly driven by the force of globalization that increasingly touch all
countries of the world people’s live. Advancements in technology, trade liberalization and
increasing levels of development and education among workers are culprits in transforming
boundaries to bridges. This leads to more diverse workplaces across multiple continents with the
necessity to understand and learn different tradition, customs, and languages of workmates. With
the global workforce, the demand for organizations to improved job opportunities is abundant, it
also implies skilled worker’s higher wages. The massive changes in global workplace are
continuing, and as for employees in the future, one must aware of what skills are required to
survive this. One must prepare and be adaptable or flexible to the said changes. One must or the
ability to develop an entirely new set of skills to neutralize disruption. We must possess a
continuous learning habits and should also focus on macro-learning skills not only on micro-
learning skills. It is also important to learn how to connect and understand the company
including co-workers. Since, the workforce becomes more global that consist of a diverse group
of workers, it is important to understand and respect each other differences and learn from it.
Overall, it is all about growth and development as a person in skills and mindset. As the world
and future works change, we cannot predict what will happen next, we just need to focus on the
present. Continue to learn, adapt changes, innovate, be more creative, it will create an expansion
for our flexibility and success in the future. However, we cannot completely make it without the
organization’s aid, they must also provide the employees’- needs, contend with business
practices and human rights that might oppose the laws and values governing the whole
organization. In conclusion, global workforce is alarming and challenging the positive side is
greater that we just need to maximize those opportunities it makes.
