New Bharat: A Applied PH Hysics 2

1. The document describes an experiment to determine and verify the time period of a cantilever beam by plotting a graph of load (weight in grams) versus depression (in cm). 2. A cantilever beam was fixed at one end and loaded with weights from 20 grams to 100 grams at the other end. The depression for each weight was measured and graphed. 3. The time period for 20 vibrations of the cantilever with a 100 gram weight was recorded using a stopwatch and measured twice more to calculate the mean time period.
