Pain and swelling in the mid back since 2 months. Initially mild aching pain.

Pain increased in size as of

the swelling. Moderate pain throbbing in nature. Thickness of the skin felt on touch. Redness seen
around the swelling. No fever. No trauma. No loss of weight or appetite. No chronic illness. No DM /
HTN. All other systems reviewed and are negative

A oedematus skin of size 6x 6 cms in the lower dorsal vertebra. Redness and
puckering of skin present. Tenderness and raise of temperature present. No sinus
or ulcer. No discharge. No lymphadenopathy. No other signs and symptoms
X ray: NAD

Impression: Cellulitis / Abscess of the skin over the lower dorsal vertebra for evaluation
