Safety information

1 Safety information
Appropriate use
The GK7000 with its connected amplifiers must only be
used for measurement tasks and directly associated con­
trol tasks. Use for any purpose other than the above shall
be deemed to be inappropriate.
In the interests of safety, the device should only be oper­
ated as described in the Operating Manual. It is also es­
sential to observe the appropriate legal and safety regu­
lations for the application concerned during use. The
same applies to the use of accessories.
Each time, before starting up the equipment, you must
first run a project planning and risk analysis that takes
into account all the safety aspects of automation technol­
ogy. This particularly concerns personal and machine
protection.
Additional safety precautions must be taken in plants
where malfunctions could cause major damage, loss of
data or even personal injury. In the event of a fault, these
precautions establish safe operating conditions.
This can be done, for example, by mechanical interlock­
ing, error signaling, limit value switches, etc.

General dangers of failing to follow the safety

instructions
The GK7000 is a state of the art unit and as such is fail‐
safe. The device may give rise to further dangers if it is
inappropriately installed and operated by untrained per­
sonnel.
Any person instructed to carry out installation, commis­
sioning, maintenance or repair of the device must have

read and understood the Operating Manual and in partic­

ular the technical safety instructions.

Conditions on site
S Protect the module from direct contact with water.
S Protect the GK7000 from moisture or weather condi­
tions such as rain, snow, etc. The protection class
under the IP standard DIN EN 60 529, is IP52/IP20.
S Do not expose the module to direct sunlight.
S Comply with the maximum permissible ambient tem­
peratures stated in the specifications.
S The module is classified in overvoltage category II,
degree of pollution 2.
S Install the module so that it can be disconnected from
the mains at any time without difficulty.
S It is safe to operate the GK7000 up to a height of
2000 m.

Maintenance and cleaning

The GK7000 is maintenance-free. Please note the follow­
ing points when cleaning the housing:
S Before cleaning, disconnect the device from the
power supply.
S Clean the housing with a soft, slightly damp (not wet!)
cloth. You should never use solvent, since this could
damage the labeling on the front panel and the display
itself.
S When cleaning, ensure that no liquid gets into the de­
vice or the connections.

Safety information

Remaining dangers
The scope of supply and performance of the GK7000
covers only a small area of measurement technology. In
addition, equipment planners, installers and operators
should plan, implement and respond to the safety engi­
neering considerations of measurement technology in
such a way as to minimize remaining dangers. Prevailing
regulations must be complied with at all times. There
must be reference to the remaining dangers connected
with measurement technology.

Product liability
In the following cases, the protection provided for the
device may be adversely affected. Liability for device
functionality then passes to the operator:
S The device is not used in accordance with the operat­
ing manual.
S The device is used outside the field of application de­
scribed in this Chapter.
S The operator makes unauthorized changes to the
device.

Working safely
A module must not be directly connected to the power
supply system. The supply voltage must be 10 V - 24 V
(DC).
Error messages must only be acknowledged once the
cause of the error has been eliminated and the danger no
longer exists.
The device complies with the safety requirements of DIN
EN 61010 Part 1 (VDE 0411 Part 1).

 Safety information

To ensure adequate immunity from interference, the bus

lines must be shielded cables.
The power supply connection cables always need to be
shielded.
When connecting the cables (attaching and detaching
terminals), action must be taken to prevent electrostatic
discharge which could damage the electronics.
The GK7000 must be operated on a safety extra-low
voltage (supply voltage 10…24 V DC), which usually sup­
plies power to one or more consumers within a control
cabinet.
Should the device be operated on a dc voltage network1),
additional precautions must be taken to discharge excess
voltages.
Automation equipment and devices must be covered
over in such a way that adequate protection or locking
against unintentional actuation is provided (such as
access checks, password protection, etc.).
When devices are working in a network, these networks
must be designed in such a way that malfunctions in indi­
vidual nodes can be detected and shut down.
Safety precautions must be taken both in terms of hard­
ware and software, so that a line break or other interrup­
tions to signal transmission, such as via the bus inter­
faces, do not cause undefined states or loss of data in
the automation device.

Conversions and modifications

The module must not be modified from the design or
safety engineering point of view except with our express

agreement. Any modification shall exclude all liability on

our part for any damage resulting therefrom.
In particular, any repair or soldering work on mother­
boards is prohibited. When exchanging complete mod­
ules, use only original parts from HBM. The module is
delivered from the factory with a fixed hardware and soft­
ware configuration. Changes can only be made within the
possibilities documented in the manuals.

Qualified personnel
The equipment may be used by qualified personnel only;
the specifications and the special safety regulationsneed
to be followed in all cases.
This means people who meet at least one of the three
following requirements:
S Knowledge of the safety concepts of automation tech­
nology is a requirement and as project personnel, you
must be familiar with these concepts.
S As automation plant operating personnel, you have
been instructed how to handle the machinery and are
familiar with the operation of the equipment and tech­
nologies described in this documentation.
S As commissioning engineers or service engineers,
you have successfully completed the training to qual­
ify you to repair the automation systems. You are also
authorized to activate, to ground and label circuits and
equipment in accordance with safety engineering
standards.
It is also essential to comply with the appropriate legal
and safety regulations for the application concerned dur­
ing use. The same applies to the use of accessories.

and trained according to their job.

4.1 Panel‐PC GK7000

The GK7000 display terminal is a display an operating

unit with high performance embedded technology for
industrial applications using an (ARM architecture-based)
processor (core CPU) of type S3C2416 in conjunction
with the operating system Microsoft Windows CE 6.0.
With features of rich resources, interfaces, low consump­
tion and high reliability, etc.
This device has the same integrated developing environ­
ment with PC, users can use Embedded Visual C++
4.0(the same developing environment & entire compatible
API, including MFC with PC's Visual C++), and Visual
Studio, etc. That makes developing application interfaces
and writing widget's matter processing codes easily. On
the GK7000 the software EASYmonitor is pre‐installed
and starts, when the GK7000 is powered on.

4.2 FASTpress Software EASYmonitorCE

EASYmonitorCE is a HBM­software for use with the

MP85A(DP) Process­Controller. It can be used on Win­
dowsCE based computers with OS6.0 and supports a
screen­resolution of 800 x 480 pixel and 640 x 480
pixel(starting with version 2.. The software is developed
for touch operation in industrial environments.
With EASYmontiorCE it is possible to do the complete
adjustment and operation of MP85A(DP). In addition the
software handles the visualisation and the storage of the
process­curves and -results, as well as the visualisation
of the stored process­data.

4.3 Lizensierung

The Software EASYmonitorCE is preinstalled on the PC,

and don't need any further licence.

4.4 Softwarefunktionen im Überblick

procedures of the MP85A(DP) amplifier, optionally on
PC (flash disc), USB stick, PC/server network, or on
an SD card in the MP85A(DP)

the PME wizard beforehand)

press­fit curves including OK/NOK decision and sta­

S Mobile operation via optional rechargeable battery

About Mounting Process for Device

1. Mounting the whole device into the wall. (ps: the thick­
ness of wall should be within 15mm)
2. Insert the 4 iron sheets to the sockets at the back of
device. (as the guiding lines of above chart)
3. Lock the 4 screws (semicircle 4*20) up to the holes of
iron sheets until the end.

iron sheet or wall up to the standard VISA sockets at the
back of device. (Ps: with the standard of thickness is
1mm for iron sheet or wall, the length of screw is 6 mm;

as well as the length of screw accordingly, and so forth).

8.1 Connect the GK7000 with the MP85A

Commissioning
S Mount and connect sensors and power supply to the
MP85A(DP), refer to the manual.
S Connect Ethernet from MP85A(DP) to GR7000
(peer­to­peer) or in a Network via a Ethernet­Switch.
Use standard Cat5 cables, check if PC is doing
auto­crossing, if no use cross­cable. (GR7000 has
auto­crossing and needs only 1:1 cable)
S Connect power to the PC (10..24VDC), refer to man­
ual.

8.2 Quick Start Guide

Switch PC on via On/Off switch on the front­side, the IPC

start­logo appears.
After some seconds the EASYmonitorCE Version­info
and the Network­screen appears.

Tip
On the PC a software keypad pops up if numbers or
text has to be entered.

Keyboard is country sensitive, “ENTER” key is on

the character side, you can switch from one to the other

using or .
With the Scan­Function the software does a scan on
the network and indicates all MP85A(DP)­devices run­
ning in the network. To enter the selection, just tick on
the needed address.
Offline­version of the EASYmonitorCE can be started
by ticking the ­button. In this case no MP85A(DP) has
to be connected with the PC (usefull to visualize stored
data or to set­up or modify stored parameter­sets or read
LOG­file).
The default passcode of the EASYmonitorCE is “1111”,
and can be modified.

Data­entry: Finish the data entry with button . If a

reset of the PC is recommended agree with button.

Data entry will be not applied if the “Close” button is used
to leave the dialog.

Each page contains a Help button . Clicking the but­

ton will open the associated Help page.

Setting­up a network­connection
Please note that a WLAN adapter must be installed on
the PC for the option "WLAN" (a WLAN USB stick is
available as an optional accessory).

a) Peer­to­peer or in a Ethernet­network without

Set IP-address of MP85A(DP) and PC. Only the last seg­
ment has to be different, e.g.

S The network settings of the PC can be modified via

the button and enter

correct password. Enter IP­address and Subnet mask
for PC.
S Default gateway in only relevant if MP85A(DP) and
PC run in network with routers, and a remote access
is needed.

S Close the dialog with button.

S Type in IPAddress of the selected MP85A(DP) and

open the connection using the button.

S The graphical main­screen of EASYmonitorCE
appears.

b) MP85A(DP) connected via DHCP:

Set IP-address of MP85A(DP) and PC.
The set PC in DHCP­mode use button “Change network
settings”, enter correct passcode and mark the Checkbox
“DHCP enabeled”.
See the network settings of the PC and set the IP­Ad­
dress of the MP85A(DP). Only the last segment has to
be different, e.g.
IP­address MP85A(DP) 172.21.108.237
Gateway address 255.255.255.0

S Close the dialog with button.

S Type in IP­Address of the selected MP85A(DP) and

open the connection using the button.

S The graphical main­screen of EASYmonitorCE
appears.

Important
The info line at the bottom of the screen displays current
alerts regarding the connection status and the IP
address/port of the MP85A.

Zooming:
You can zoom in to a specific section of the process by
clicking and dragging the relevant area on the display of
the PC; the zoom area will remain visible during subse­

quent processes. Pressing the button will return the

view to the overall process.

Clicking the button will call up a previously saved

zoom. When zooming at admin level, the system will ask
for confirmation for generating a new tolerance window.
Up to six MP85A(DP) can be operated on one Ethernet
network using the PC and the EASYmonitorCE. The dis­
play of two or more devices is handled via an overview
table page.

The graph view of the relevant MP85A(DP) is available at

any time by clicking the relevant "Details" button. Clicking
the button "Close" will return the view to the overview
page. Process curves and results cannot be saved in
operating mode.

8.3 Worker level

In the worker level only visualisation to the processes

and the statistic data is possible.
The main­screen indicated the process­curve as well as
all evaluation windows/ envelope­curve and most import­
ant status­information.
In the headline and status line information from the
MP85A(DP) are indicated.

Headline:
The buttons for displaying statistical information like
Results, Statistics and Classing (of the tolerance­win­

dows) can be visualised ticking the -Logo­button:

Statusline:
Status information like Alarm, Stop reasons,
curve­points, Min­max values can be visualised ticking

the -Logo-button. Which information are indicated

can be configured in the “Option”-dialog „Results Panel“
(available in the admin­level):

Previously generated tolerance windows can be modified

in terms of size and position via this menu bar. These
buttons will only be enabled on admin level:

Important
The battery status display is meaningful only if the PC
has an integrated battery (optional).

8.4 Admin level

To enter the Admin­level tick -logo button and then

“Login”-button. Enter the passcode. “1111” is the default
password, with can be modified by the admin­user.
Now the “Setup”-button is active and can be used to
enter the admin­level.
To leave the admin­level use the “LOG OUT”­button.

Tip
If the user don't do any inputs in the admin­level, the soft­
ware jumps back automatically to the worker level. This
time is 10 minutes default, but can be changed.

There are 3 option­buttons to handle date in the menus:

S stores the data in the RAM of the MP85A(DP)

S stores the data in the actual parameter­set(pro­

gram­number) of the MP85A(DP) with is indicated in
the dialog

S leaves the dialog without saving data to the

MP85A(DP)

Function of the menus in the admin­level:

S Amplifier:
Setting of the y and x channels of the MP85A(DP),
including filter settings and 0 setting of the measuring
signal. This is where the MP85A(DP) sensor inputs
are calibrated as well.
S TEDS:

transfer TEDS­sensor data to the MP85A(DP) if a

sensor with TEDS is connected. A description of the
TEDS chip is not possible. To do so, you will need the
HBM accessory "TEDS Dongle".
S Evaluation criteria:
Modification and deletion of tolerance window set­
tings. Tolerance windows are generated with enabled
"Admin" level on the main screen by clicking and
dragging an area in the curve view.
S Control settings:
adjust alarm­ and range window and start­/ stop­/ end
Conditions, data­reduction, measuring­time
Refresh curve mode:
- “Dynamic” permanent indication during the process
- “On process ready” indication of the curve after the
process in ready
S Data storage:
configure data­storage mode of the MP85A(DP), the
target for data­storage:

8.5 Data Storage

Process data (measuring curves and results) of the

MP85A(DP) amplifier can be stored on the SD card of
the MP85A, on the GK7000, USB stick or on the network
PC/server. Every storage option offers the storage
options "Without data loss" and "Process-optimized".

Important
Pleased note that the MP85A will always attempt to store
the process data with the option "Without data loss"
enabled. Where that is not possible, the MP85A will be
unavailable for further processing short term, as the inter­
nal memory can only store around 10 processes at a
time. This may cause the entire process to come to a halt
(machine downtime).

Process data can then no longer be stored when the

selected storage medium is full or if the network connec­
tion to the selected storage medium (GK7000) or network
PC is interrupted.
The process data is stored on the GK7000 in the folder
"Flash disc 1". The folder offers 2 GByte storage space,
which suffices for approx. 600,000 process curves with
results.
The storage status can be viewed in the menu "About"
(admin level). Log in with the master password "6151" to
delete the memory content. EASYmonitorCE can only be
closed via the "Exit" button when the master password is
entered. Then open the file explorer of the GK7000.
With the setting "Process-optimized" enabled, the
MP85A ignores whether or not process data can be
stored completely and continues processing. There may
be some data loss, but MP85A and therefore the process
will not come to a standstill.

10 Installation of an EASYmonitorCE Application

The GK7000 comes with a pre-installed and ready to run
version of EASYmonitorCE. Please proceed as follows if
you need to install a different version.
Connect the panel­pc via USB­Mini port to a host­pc.
The host­pc should run WindowsXP with ActiveSync or
Windows7.
WindowsXP with ActiveSync:
S For the first time install the GK7000 drivers from the
small cd supplied with the panel­pc. After connection
of the device start the ActiveSync application and
search for mobile devices.
Windows7/8:
S After connecting the device a new folder appears in
the Windows file explorer, click on the mobile device.
Log in with the master password "6151". EASYmoni­
torCE can only be closed via the "Exit" button when
the master password is entered.
The EASYmonitorCE application is stored in the folder
Flash Disc => easymonitorce.
S Delete all files and sub­folders. Extract all files host­pc
of the new EASYmonitorCE version and copy all files
and sub­folders in the folder easymonitorce on the
panel­pc.
If the transfer is ready remove the USB connection and
power the panel­pc off and on again – it will start with the
new EASYmonitorCE application.

13 Waste disposal and environmental protection

All electrical and electronic products must be disposed of
as hazardous waste. The correct disposal of old equip­
ment prevents ecological damage and health hazards.

Statutory waste disposal mark

The electrical and electronic devices that bear this sym­
bol are subject to European waste electrical and elec­
tronic equipment directive 2002/96/EC.
The symbol indicates that the device must not be dis­
posed of as household garbage.
In accordance with national and local environmental pro­
tection and material recovery and recycling regulations,
old modules that can no longer be used must be dis­
posed of separately and not with normal household
garbage.
If you need more information about waste disposal,
please contact your local authorities or the dealer from
whom you purchased the product.
As waste disposal regulations within the EU may differ
from country to country, we ask that you contact your
supplier as necessary.

Packaging
The original packaging of HBM devices is made from
recyclable material and can be sent for recycling. For
ecological reasons, empty packaging should not be
returned to us.

1 Sicherheitshinweise
Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Das GK7000 mit den angeschlossenen Messverstärkern
ist ausschließlich für Messaufgaben und direkt damit ver­
bundene Steuerungsaufgaben zu verwenden. Jeder dar­
über hinausgehende Gebrauch gilt als nicht bestim­
mungsgemäß.
Zur Gewährleistung eines sicheren Betriebes darf das
Gerät nur nach den Angaben in der Bedienungsanleitung
betrieben werden. Bei der Verwendung sind zusätzlich
die für den jeweiligen Anwendungsfall erforderlichen
Rechts‐ und Sicherheitsvorschriften zu beachten.
Sinngemäß gilt dies auch bei Verwendung von Zubehör.
Vor jeder Inbetriebnahme des Gerätes ist eine Projek­
tierung und Risikoanalyse vorzunehmen, die alle Si­
cherheitsaspekte der Automatisierungstechnik berück­
sichtigt. Insbesondere betrifft dies den Personen‐ und
Anlagenschutz.
Bei Anlagen, die aufgrund einer Fehlfunktion größere
Schäden, Datenverlust oder sogar Personenschäden
verursachen können, müssen zusätzliche Sicherheitsvor­
kehrungen getroffen werden, die im Fehlerfall einen si­
cheren Betriebszustand herstellen.
Dies kann z. B. durch Fehlersignalisierung, Grenzwert­
schalter, mechanische Verriegelungen usw. erfolgen.

Allgemeine Gefahren bei Nichtbeachten der

Sicherheitshinweise
Das GK7000 entspricht dem Stand der Technik und ist
betriebssicher. Von dem Gerät können Restgefahren
ausgehen, wenn es von ungeschultem Personal unsach­
gemäß eingesetzt und bedient wird.

Jede Person, die mit Aufstellung, Inbetriebnahme,

Wartung oder Reparatur des Gerätes beauftragt ist,
muss die Bedienungsanleitung und insbesondere die si­
cherheitstechnischen Hinweise gelesen und verstanden
haben.

Bedingungen am Aufstellungsort
S Schützen Sie das Modul vor direktem Kontakt mit
Wasser.
S Schützen Sie das GK7000 vor Feuchtigkeit oder
Witterungseinflüssen wie beispielsweise Regen,
Schnee usw. Die Schutzklasse laut DIN EN 60 529
beträgt IP52/IP20.
S Schützen Sie das Modul vor direkter Sonneneinstrah­
lung.
S Beachten Sie die in den technischen Daten angege­
benen maximal zulässigen Umgebungstemperaturen.
S Das Modul ist in die Überspannungskategorie II,
Verschmutzungsgrad 2 eingeordnet.
S Installieren Sie das Modul so, dass es jederzeit ohne
Schwierigkeit vom Netz getrennt werden kann.
S Das GK7000 ist betriebssicher bis zu einer Höhe von
2000 m.

Wartung und Reinigung

Das GK7000 ist wartungsfrei. Beachten Sie bei der
Reinigung des Gehäuses folgende Punkte:
S Trennen Sie vor der Reinigung die Verbindung zur
Stromversorgung.
S Reinigen Sie das Gehäuse mit einem weichen und
leicht angefeuchteten (nicht nassen!) Tuch.
Verwenden Sie auf keinen Fall Lösungsmittel, da

diese die Frontplattenbeschriftung und das Display

angreifen könnten.
S Achten Sie beim Reinigen darauf, dass keine Flüssig­
keit in das Gerät oder an die Anschlüsse gelangt.

Restgefahren
Der Leistungs‐ und Lieferumfang des GK7000 deckt nur
einen Teilbereich der Messtechnik ab. Sicherheits­
technische Belange der Messtechnik sind zusätzlich vom
Anlagenplaner/Ausrüster/Betreiber so zu planen, zu
realisieren und zu verantworten, dass Restgefahren
minimiert werden. Jeweils existierende Vorschriften sind
zu beachten. Auf Restgefahren im Zusammenhang mit
der Messtechnik ist hinzuweisen.

Produkthaftung
In den nachfolgend genannten Fällen kann der für das
Gerät bereitgestellte Schutz beeinträchtigt werden. Die
Haftung für die Funktionalität des Gerätes geht dann auf
den Betreiber über:
S Das Gerät wird nicht gemäß der Betriebsanleitung
verwendet.
S Das Gerät wird außerhalb des hier beschriebenen
Anwendungsgebietes verwendet.
S Der Betreiber nimmt an dem Gerät unzulässige
Änderungen vor.

Sicherheitsbewusstes Arbeiten
Ein Modul darf nicht unmittelbar ans Stromversorgungs­
netz angeschlossen werden. Die Versorgungsspannung
muss 10 V - 24 V (DC) betragen.

Fehlermeldungen dürfen nur quittiert werden, wenn die

Ursache des Fehlers beseitigt ist und keine Gefahr mehr
existiert.
Das Gerät entspricht den Sicherheitsanforderungen der
DIN EN 61010–Teil 1 (VDE 0411–Teil 1).
Um eine ausreichende Störfestigkeit zu gewährleisten,
sind die Busleitungen als geschirmte Leitungen auszu­
führen.
Leitungen zur Anbindung der Versorgung sind immer ge­
schirmt auszuführen.
Beim Anschluss der Leitungen (Aufstecken und Abziehen
der Klemmen) sind Maßnahmen gegen elektrostatische
Entladung zu treffen, die die Elektronik beschädigen
könnte.
Das GK7000 ist mit einer Schutzkleinspannung (Versor­
gungsspannung 10…24 V DC) zu betreiben, die üblicher­
weise einen oder mehrere Verbraucher innerhalb eines
Schaltschrankes versorgt.
Soll das Gerät an einem Gleichspannungsnetz 1) be­
trieben wird, so sind zusätzliche Vorkehrungen zur Ab­
leitung von Überspannungen zu treffen.
Geräte und Einrichtungen der Automatisierungstechnik
müssen so verbaut werden, dass sie gegen unbeab­
sichtigte Betätigung ausreichend geschützt bzw. ver­
riegelt sind (z. B. Zugangskontrolle, Passwortschutz
usw.).
Bei Geräten, die in einem Netzwerk arbeiten, sind diese
Netzwerke so auszulegen, dass Störungen einzelner
Teilnehmer erkannt und abgestellt werden können.

Es müssen hard‐ und softwareseitig Sicherheitsvorkeh­

rungen getroffen werden, damit ein Leitungsbruch oder
andere Unterbrechungen der Signalübertragung, z. B.
über Busschnittstellen, nicht zu undefinierten Zuständen
oder Datenverlust in der Automatisierungseinrichtung
führen.

Umbauten und Veränderungen

Das Modul darf ohne unsere ausdrückliche Zustimmung
weder konstruktiv noch sicherheitstechnisch verändert
werden. Jede Veränderung schließt eine Haftung un­
sererseits für daraus resultierende Schäden aus.
Insbesondere sind jegliche Reparaturen oder Lötarbeiten
an Platinen untersagt. Bei Austausch gesamter Bau­
gruppen sind nur Originalteile von HBM zu verwenden.
Das Modul wurde ab Werk mit fester Hard‐ und Soft­
warekonfiguration ausgeliefert. Änderungen sind nur im
Rahmen der in den Handbüchern dokumentierten Mög­
lichkeiten zulässig.

Qualifiziertes Personal
Das Gerät ist nur von qualifiziertem Personal ausschließ­
lich entsprechend den technischen Daten im Zusammen­
hang mit den nachstehend aufgeführten Sicherheitsbe­
stimmungen und Vorschriften einzusetzen bzw. zu
verwenden.
Dazu zählen Personen, die mindestens eine der drei
folgenden Voraussetzungen erfüllen:
S Ihnen sind die Sicherheitskonzepte der Automa­
tisierungstechnik bekannt, und sie sind als Projektper­
sonal damit vertraut.
S Sie sind Bedienungspersonal der Automatisierungs­
anlagen und im Umgang mit den Anlagen un­
terwiesen. Sie sind mit der Bedienung der in dieser

Dokumentation beschriebenen Geräten und Techno­

logien vertraut.
S Sie sind Inbetriebnehmer oder für den Service einge­
setzt und haben eine Ausbildung absolviert, die sie
zur Reparatur der Automatisierungsanlagen befähigt.
Außerdem haben sie eine Berechtigung, Stromkreise
und Geräte gemäß den Normen der Sicherheits­
technik in Betrieb zu nehmen, zu erden und zu kenn­
zeichnen.
Bei der Verwendung sind zusätzlich die für den jeweiligen
Anwendungsfall erforderlichen Rechts‐ und Sicherheits­
vorschriften zu beachten. Sinngemäß gilt dies auch bei
Verwendung von Zubehör.
Qualifiziertes Personal sind Personen, die mit Aufstel­
lung, Montage, Inbetriebsetzung und Betrieb des Produk­
tes vertraut sind und die über die ihrer Tätigkeit entspre­
chende Qualifikation verfügen.

4 Anwendungshinweise

4.1 Panel‐PC GK7000

Das Display‐Terminal GK7000 ist eine Anzeige‐ und Be­

dieneinheit mit High‐Performance‐ Embedded‐ Technolo­
gie für den industriellen Einsatz mit einem (auf ARM‐Ar­
chitektur basierenden) Prozessor (Core CPU) des Typs
S3C2416 mit dem Betriebssystem Microsoft Windows
CE 6.0. Das GK7000 zeichnet sich u.a. durch umfangrei­
che Ressourcen, eine große Zahl von Schnittstellen,
geringen Stromverbrauch und hohe Zuverlässigkeit aus.
Dank der mit dem PC identischen, integrierten Entwick­
lungsumgebung können Anwender Embedded Visual
C++ 4.0 (identische Entwicklungsumgebung und vollstän­
dig kompatibles API, einschließlich MFC mit Visual C++
des PCs) sowie Visual Studio 2003, Visual Studio 2005
usw. nutzen. Das vereinfacht die Entwicklung von
Anwendungsschnittstellen und das Schreiben der Codes
für die Verarbeitungsfunktionen von Widgets.

4.2 FASTpress‐Software EASYmonitorCE

EASYmonitorCE ist eine HBM­Software zum Einsatz in

Verbindung mit dem Messverstärker MP85A(DP) für
Prozessüberwachungsaufgaben. Sie kann auf
WindowsCE‐basierten Computern mit Betriebssystem
OS6.0 verwendet werden und unterstützt eine
Bildschirmauflösung von 800 x 480 Pixel und 640 x
480 Pixel (ab Version 2).
Die Software wurde für eine Touch‐Bedienung in
Industrieumgebungen entwickelt.

Anwendungshinweise

Mit EASYmontiorCE können sämtliche Einstellungen und

die gesamte Bedienung von MP85A(DP) durchgeführt
werden. Darüber hinaus übernimmt die Software die
Darstellung und Speicherung der Prozesskurven und
‐Ergebnisse sowie die Darstellung der gespeicherten
Prozessdaten.

4.3 Lizensierung

Die Software EASYmonitorCE ist auf dem PC

vorinstalliert und erfordert keine weitere Lizenz.

4.4 Softwarefunktionen im Überblick

Die Applikation bietet folgende Funktionen:

S Anzeige und Speicherung von Füge‐, Einpress‐ und
Prüfprozessen des Verstärkers MP85A(DP) wahl­

8.1 GK7000 mit MP85A verbinden

In Betrieb nehmen
S Montieren Sie die Sensoren und die Stromversorgung
am MP85A(DP), und schließen Sie sie an; weitere
Hinweise finden Sie im Handbuch.
S Stellen Sie eine Ethernet-Verbindung von MP85A(DP)
zum PC (Peer­to­Peer) oder in einem Netzwerk über
einen Ethernet­Switch her. Verwenden Sie
Cat5-Standardkabel. Prüfen Sie, ob der PC über eine
Autocrossing-Funktion verfügt, andernfalls verwenden
Sie ein Cross­Kabel. (PC verfügt über Autocrossing
und benötigt daher nur ein 1:1-Kabel.)
S Verbinden Sie den PC mit der Stromversorgung
(10 bis 24 V DC); weitere Hinweise finden Sie im
Handbuch.

8.2 Schnelleinstieg

Schalten Sie den PC mit dem Ein/Aus-Schalter auf der

Vorderseite ein; das IPC-Startlogo erscheint.
Nach einigen Sekunden werden die Versions­
informationen zu EASYmonitorCE und der Netzwerk-
Bildschirm angezeigt.

Auf dem PC wird eine Software-Tastatur eingeblendet,
wenn Zahlen oder Text eingegeben werden müssen.

Die Tastatur ist an das jeweilige Land angepasst, die

Eingabetaste („ENTER“) ist neben den

Buchstaben angeordnet. Mit bzw. können

Sie zwischen beiden Tastaturen umschalten.
Mit der Scan­Funktion führt die Software einen Scan im
Netzwerk durch und zeigt alle im Netzwerk betriebenen
MP85A(DP)­Geräte an. Für die Eingabe der Auswahl
klicken Sie einfach auf die benötigte Adresse.
Die Offline­Version von EASYmonitorCE kann durch
Anklicken der Schaltfläche „ “ gestartet werden. In

diesem Fall ist keine Verbindung zwischen einem

MP85A(DP) und dem PC erforderlich (nützlich für die
Anzeige gespeicherter Daten, zum Einstellen oder
Ändern gespeicherter Parametersätze oder zum Lesen
der LOG­Datei).
Der voreingestellte Passcode von EASYmonitorCE ist
„1111“ und kann geändert werden.
Dateneingabe: Beenden Sie die Dateneingabe mit der

Schaltfläche . Wenn ein Zurücksetzen (Reset) des

PCs empfohlen wird, stimmen Sie mit der Schaltfläche

zu.

Wenn der Dialog mit der Schaltfläche beendet wird,

werden die eingegeben Daten nicht angewendet.

Auf jeder Seite befindet sich eine Hilfe‐Button .

Durch Betätigen wird die jeweils die passende Hilfe‐Seite
aufgefufen.

Eine Netzwerkverbindung einrichten:

Bitte beachten Sie, dass für die Option „WLAN“ auch ein
WLAN‐Adapter im PC installiert sein muss
(WLAN‐USB‐Stick als Zubehör erhältlich).

den PC ein.

MP85A(DP) und der PC in einem Netzwerk mit Rou­
tern betrieben werden und ein Fernzugriff benötigt
wird.

b) Verbindung zu MP85A(DP) über DHCP:

Legen Sie die IP-Adresse von MP85A(DP) und PC fest.
Zum Einstellen des DHCP­Modus für den PC verwenden
Sie die Schaltfläche Change network settings“ (Netz­
werkeinstellungen ändern); geben Sie das korrekte Pass­
wort ein, und aktivieren Sie das Kontrollkästchen „DHCP
enabeled“ (DHCP aktiviert).
Sehen Sie die Netzwerkeinstellungen des PCs nach, und
legen Sie die IP­Adresse des MP85A(DP) fest. Nur das
letzte Segment muss unterschiedlich sein, z. B.:
IP­Adresse MP85A(DP) 172.21.108.237
Gateway-Adresse 255.255.255.0

S Schließen Sie den Dialog mit der Schaltfläche .

Meldungen zum Verbindungsstatus und der IP‐Adresse/
Port des MP85A angezeigt.

Zoomen:
durch "Aufziehen" eines Bereiches auf dem Display des
PC kann ein Bereich des Prozesses gezoomt werden,
der auch bei weiteren Prozessen erhalten bleibt. Durch

Drücken des ‐Buttons wird wieder auf den Gesamt­

prozess gezoomt.

Mit dem ‐ Button kann ein vorher hinterlegter Zoom

aufgerufen werden.
Befindet man sich im Admin-Level wird bei einzoomen
abgefagt ob ein neues Toleranzfenster erzeugt werden
soll.
Bis zu 6 MP85A(DP) können in einem Ethernet-Netzwerk
mit dem PC und dem EASYmonitorCE betrieben werden.
Sobald mehr als zwei Geräte dargestellt werden sollen
erfolgt dies in auf eine tabellarischen Übersichtsseite.
Über die Schaltfläche "Details" kann jederzeit zur
Grafikansicht des jeweiligen MP85A(DP) gewechselt
werden. Von Detailansicht kommt am über die Schalt­
fläche "Schliessen" wieder zurück in die Übersichtsseite.
Im Betriebsmodus ist keine Speicherung von Prozesskur­
ven und Ergebnissen möglich.

8.3 Werkerlevel

Auf der Werker-Ebene können nur Prozesse und die

statistischen Daten dargestellt werden.
Auf dem Hauptbildschirm werden die Prozesskurve
sowie alle Auswertungsfenster/die Hüllkurve und die
wichtigsten Statusinformationen angezeigt.
In der Überschrift und der Statuszeile werden vom
MP85A(DP) bereitgestellte Informationen angezeigt.

Überschrift:
Die Schaltflächen zum Anzeigen statistischer Informa­
tionen wie Ergebnisse, Statistiken und Klassifizierung
(der Toleranzfenster) können durch Anklicken der

Schaltfläche mit dem -Logo angezeigt werden:

Welche Informationen jeweils angezeigt werden, kann im
Dialog „Optionen“ - „Ergebnis‐Panel“ (verfügbar auf der
Admin­Ebene) konfiguriert werden:

Über diese Menüleiste können bereits erstellte Toleranz­

fenster in ihrer Größe und Position verändert werden.
Dazu muss allerdings der Admin‐Level aktiviert sein an­
sonsten sind die Schaltflächen inaktiv:

Wichtig
Die Batterie‐Zustansanzeige ist nur dann sinnvoll, wenn
im PC auch ein Akku (Zubehör) eingebaut ist.

8.4 Adminlevel

Um die Admin­Ebene aufzurufen, klicken Sie auf die

Schaltfläche mit dem -Logo und danach auf die An­

melde-Schaltfläche „Login“. Geben Sie den Passcode

ein. „1111“ ist das Standardpasswort. Es kann von einem

Benutzer mit Admin­Rechten geändert werden.
Nun ist die Schaltfläche „Setup“ aktiv und kann zum Auf­
rufen der Admin­Ebene verwendet werden.
Zum Verlassen der Admin­Ebene klicken Sie auf die Ab­
melde-Schaltfläche „LOG OUT“.

Tipp
Wenn auf der Admin­Ebene längere Zeit keine
Benutzereingaben erfolgen, springt die Software automa­
tisch auf die Werker‐Ebene zurück. Diese Zeit beträgt
standardmäßig 10 Minuten, kann aber im Menü
„Optionen“ geändert werden.

Für die Handhabung der Daten in den Menüs stehen

3 Optionsschaltflächen zur Verfügung:

S speichert die Daten im RAM des MP85A(DP).

S speichert die Daten im aktuellen Parametersatz

(Programmnummer) des MP85A(DP), der bzw. die in
dem Dialog angegeben ist.

S verlässt den Dialog, ohne die Daten im

MP85A(DP) zu speichern.

Einstellen des y­ und x­Kanals des MP85A(DP), ein­
schließlich Filtereinstellungen und Nullstellen des
Messsignals. Hier können die Sensoreingänge des
MP85A(DP) auch eingemessen werden.
S TEDS:
Übertragen der TEDS­Sensordaten an den
MP85A(DP), wenn ein Sensor mit TEDS angeschlos­
sen ist. Ein Beschreiben der TEDS-Chips ist nicht
möglich. Dazu wird das Zubehör "TEDS-Dongle" von
HBM benötigt.

S Bewertung:
Ändern und Löschen von Toleranzfenstereinstel­
lungen. Die Erstellung von Toleranzfenstern erfolgt
bei aktiviertem "Admin"‐ Level im Hauptbildschirm
durch Aufziehen eines Bereiches in der Kurven­
ansicht.
S Kontrolleinstellungen:
Einstellen des Alarm‐ und Bereichsfensters sowie von
Start­ / Stopp­ / Ende‐Bedingungen, Datenredu­
zierung und Messzeit.
Modus der Kurvenaktualisierung:
- Dynamisch: Ständige Anzeige während des Pro­
zesses.
- Nach Prozessende“: Anzeige der Kurve, nachdem

reichsfenster in der Statuszeile. Welche Werte
angezeigt werden, kann im Dialog „Ergebnis‐Panel“
(Ergebniseinstellungen) im Menü „Options“
(Optionen) ausgewählt werden.
- Startpanel: Ermöglicht die Auswahl, welche In­
formationen zuerst in der Statuszeile erscheinen.
- Kurvenhistorie‐Modus: Aktiviert die grafische
Anzeige der Prozesskurven‐Historie auf dem
Hauptbildschirm.
- Einheit auf Achse anzeigen: Aktiviert die Einheiten
auf dem Grafik‐Hauptbildschirm oder blendet sie
aus. Mit dieser Option kann der verfügbare Platz

8.5 Datenspeicherung

Die Prozessdaten (Messkurven und Ergebnisse) des

MP85A(DP)‐Verstärkers können auf der SD-Karte im
MP85A oder auf dem GK7000, USB‐Stick oder Netzwerk
PC/Server gespeichert werden. In allen Fällen stehen die
zwei Speicheroptionen „ohne Datenverlust“ und „Prozes­
soptimiert“ zur Verfügung.

Wichtig
Bitte beachten Sie, dass bei Einstellung „ohne Datenver­
lust“ der MP85A auf jeden Fall versucht, die Prozessda­
ten abzuspeichern. Sollte dies nicht möglich sein, ist der
MP85A in kurzer Zeit nicht mehr bereit für weitere Pro­
zesse, da der interne Speicher nur für ca. 10 Prozesse
ausreicht. Der gesamte Prozess kann dadurch zum
stehen kommen (Maschinenstillstand).

Das Abspeichern von Prozessdaten ist z.B. dann nicht

mehr möglich, wenn das ausgewählte Speichermedium
voll ist oder die Netzwerkverbindung zu dem ausgewähl­
ten Speichermedium (GK7000) oder einem Netz­
werk‐Rechner unterbrochen ist.
Die Prozessdaten werden im GK7000 im Ordner „Flash
disc 1“ abgespeichert. Er besitzt eine Größe von 2 GByte
was für ca. 600.000 Prozesskurven mit Ergebnissen
reicht.
Der Speicherzustand kann im Menü „Über“ (Admin Level)
angezeigt werden. Zum Löschen dieses Speichers log­
gen Sie sich mit dem Master‐Password "6151" ein. Nur
durch Eingabe des Master‐Passwortes ist es möglich,
den EASYmonitorCE mit dem "Exit"-Button zu beenden.
Verwenden Sie danach den Datei‐Explorer des GK7000.
Bei Einstellung „Prozessoptimiert“ ignoriert der MP85A
ob Messdaten vollständig gespeichert werden können
und fährt mit seinen Prozessen fort. Es kann zwar zu
Datenverlust kommen aber der MP85A und damit der
Prozess kommt nicht zum Stehen.

9 Fehlerbehebung

9.1 Probleme mit der Stromversorgung

Das Gerät schaltet sich nicht ein.

Anschluss ist defekt.

Überprüfen Sie die Anschlussstecker und die Anschluss­
buchse.

Wichtig
Um unnötige Probleme zu vermeiden, vergewissern Sie
sich, dass das Netzschalter‐Kabel korrekt angeschlossen
ist.

9.2 Probleme mit dem Display

1. Keine Anzeige.
2. Die Ausführungszeit nach dem Anklicken von
Funktionen ist zu lang, Funktionen können dadurch
nicht aktiviert werden.
3. Verzögerungen oder Stillstand beim Umschalten zwi­
schen Bildern.

Wichtig
Wenn die oben beschriebenen Probleme auftreten,
starten Sie das Gerät neu.

4. Der Touchscreen reagiert nicht korrekt auf Klicks.

Führen Sie eine Neukalibrierung des Touchscreens
durch. Weitere Informationen finden Sie unter „Touch­
screen‐Kalibrierung“.
5. Die Anzeige auf dem Display ist unscharf.
Prüfen Sie, ob die Frontscheibe des Displays
verstaubt ist. Reinigen Sie die Frontscheibe mit einem
weichen, fusselfreien Tuch.

9.3 Touchscreen‐Kalibrierung

Wenn der Touchscreen nicht auf Ihre Klicks reagiert, füh­

ren Sie das Programm für die Touchscreen‐Kalibrierung
aus.
1. Schließen Sie die Stromversorgung an. Melden Sie
sich mit dem Passwort‐Code 6151 an. Klicken Sie auf
die Schaltfläche „Exit“ (Beenden). Rufen Sie direkt
das Betriebssystem Windows CE auf.

2. Klicken Sie auf „My Device“, rufen Sie den Dateima­

nager auf.

3. Klicken Sie im Dateimanager auf „Control Panel“.

4. Klicken Sie danach auf „Stylus“, um die Einstel­

lungen für den Stift aufzurufen.

„Calibration “ aus.

6. Klicken Sie auf „Recalibrate“, um mit der Kalibrierung

7. Halten Sie während der Kalibrierung einen Finger

oder den Touchpen auf den durch das Kreuz mar­
kierten Mittelpunkt der Anzeige, bis sich das Kreuz in
einen anderen Bereich der Anzeige bewegt.

Auszuführender Schritt: Wenn sich das Objekt in der

Anzeige bewegen lässt, wiederholen Sie diese Aktion
(insgesamt 5 Test‐Lesepunkte).
8. Klicken Sie nach der Kalibrierung auf einen beliebigen
Punkt in der Anzeige. Kehren Sie zu „Stylus
Properties“ zurück.

Auf dem GK7000 ist bereits eine Version des EASYmoni­
torCE lauffähig vorinstalliert. Soll eine ander Version in­
stalliert werden gehen Sie wie folgt vor.
Verbinden Sie den GK7000 über den
USB­Mini‐Anschluss mit einem Host­PC. Auf dem
Host­PC sollte WindowsXP mit ActiveSync oder
Windows7 laufen.
WindowsXP mit ActiveSync:
S Führen Sie die Erstinstallation der GK7000‐Treiber
von der kleinen, zusammen mit dem GK7000 aus­
gelieferten CD durch. Starten Sie nach dem
Anschließen des Geräts die Anwendung ActiveSync
für mobile Geräte.
Windows7/8:
S Nach dem Anschließen des Geräts wird ein neuer
Ordner im Windows‐Datei‐Explorer angezeigt. Klicken
Sie auf das mobile Gerät.
S Loggen Sie sich mit dem Master‐Password "6151"
ein. Nur durch Eingabe des Master‐Passwortes ist es
möglich, den EASYmonitorCE mit dem "Exit"-Button
zu beenden.
Die EASYmonitorCE‐Applikation wird im Ordner Flash
Disc => easymonitorce gespeichert.
S Löschen Sie alle Dateien und Unterordner. Extra­
hieren Sie alle auf dem Host­PC vorhandenen
Dateien der neuern EASYmonitorCE‐Version, und
kopieren Sie alle Dateien und Unterordner in den Ord­
ner „easymonitorce“ auf dem GK7000.

als Sondermüll entsorgt werden. Die ordnungsgemäße
Entsorgung von Altgeräten beugt Umweltschäden und

Hausmüll entsorgt werden darf.
Nicht mehr gebrauchsfähige Altgeräte sind gemäß den
nationalen und örtlichen Vorschriften für Umweltschutz

1 Consignes de sécurité
Utilisation conforme
L'unité GK7000 et les amplificateurs raccordés ne
doivent être utilisés que pour des travaux de mesure et
les opérations de commande directement liées à ces
derniers. Toute autre application est considérée comme
non conforme.
Pour garantir un fonctionnement de l'appareil en toute
sécurité, celui‐ci doit être utilisé conformément aux
instructions du manuel d'emploi. De plus, il convient,
pour chaque cas particulier, de respecter les règlements
et consignes de sécurité correspondants. Ceci vaut
également pour l'utilisation des accessoires.
Avant toute mise en service de l'appareil, une
configuration et une analyse de risque tenant compte de
tous les aspects de sécurité de la technique d'automati­
sation doivent être réalisées. Cela concerne notamment
la protection des personnes et des installations.
Des mesures de sécurité supplémentaires doivent être
prises pour les installations risquant de causer des dom­
mages plus importants, une perte de données ou même
des préjudices corporels en cas de dysfonctionnement.
En cas d'erreur, ces mesures permettent d'obtenir un
état de fonctionnement sûr.
Ceci peut, par exemple, être réalisé par le biais de
verrouillages mécaniques, signalisation d'erreur, bas­
cules à seuil, etc.

Risques généraux en cas de non‐respect des

consignes de sécurité
L'unité GK7000 est conforme au niveau de
développement technologique actuel et présente une
parfaite sécurité de fonctionnement. L'appareil peut

présenter des dangers résiduels s'il est installé ou utilisé

de façon incorrecte par du personnel non qualifié.
Toute personne chargée de l'installation, de la mise en
service, de la maintenance ou de la réparation de
l'appareil doit impérativement avoir lu et compris le
manuel d'emploi et notamment les informations relatives
à la sécurité.

Conditions environnantes à respecter

S Protéger le module de tout contact direct avec de
l'eau.
S Protéger l'unité GK7000 de l'humidité ou des intempé­
ries, telles que la pluie, la neige, etc. Le degré de
protection selon EN 60 529 est IP52/IP20.
S Protéger le module contre les rayons directs du soleil.
S Respecter les températures ambiantes maximales
admissibles indiquées dans les caractéristiques
techniques.
S Le module est classé dans la catégorie de surtension
II, degré de pollution 2.
S Installer le module de façon à pouvoir le déconnecter
aisément du secteur à tout moment.
S Le GK7000 peut être utilisé en toute sécurité jusqu'à
une altitude de 2000 m.

Entretien et nettoyage
L'unité GK7000 est sans entretien. Respecter les points
suivants lors du nettoyage du boîtier :
S Avant de le nettoyer, débrancher l'appareil de
l'alimentation électrique.

S Nettoyer le boîtier à l'aide d'un chiffon doux

légèrement humide (pas trempé !). Ne jamais utiliser
de solvant sous peine d'endommager les inscriptions
sur la façade et l'écran lui‐même.
S Lors du nettoyage, veiller à ce qu'aucun liquide ne
pénètre dans l'appareil ou ses connexions.

Dangers résiduels
Les performances de l'unité GK7000 et l'étendue de la
livraison ne couvrent qu'une petite partie des techniques
de mesure. La sécurité dans ce domaine doit également
être conçue, mise en œuvre et prise en charge par
l'ingénieur, l'installateur et l'opérateur de manière à
minimiser les dangers résiduels. Les dispositions
correspondantes en vigueur doivent être respectées. Il
convient d'attirer l'attention sur les dangers résiduels liés
aux techniques de mesure.

Responsabilité concernant le produit

Dans les cas suivants, la protection fournie pour
l'appareil peut être sérieusement remise en question.
C'est alors l'exploitant qui devient responsable du bon
fonctionnement de l'appareil :
S L'appareil n'est pas utilisé selon les indications du ma­
nuel d'emploi.
S L'appareil est mis en œuvre pour un autre usage que
celui décrit dans le présent chapitre.
S L'exploitant effectue des modifications non autorisées
sur l'appareil.

Travail en toute sécurité

Il ne faut pas brancher un module directement sur le
réseau d'alimentation électrique. La tension d'alimen­
tation doit être comprise entre 10 V et 24 V (C.C.).
Les messages d'erreur doivent être acquittés uniquement
lorsque la cause de l'erreur est éliminée et qu'il n'y a plus
de risque.
L'appareil satisfait aux conditions de sécurité de la norme
EN 61010, partie 1 (VDE 0411, partie 1).
Pour garantir l'immunité aux parasites requise, les lignes
de bus doivent être blindées.
Les câbles d'alimentation électrique doivent toujours être
blindés.
Lors du raccordement des câbles (connexion et décon­
nexion des bornes), prendre des mesures pour éviter les
décharges électrostatiques susceptibles d'endommager

L'unité GK7000 doit fonctionner à une très basse tension
de protection (tension d’alimentation de 10 à 24 V C.C.)
qui permet habituellement d’alimenter un ou plusieurs
consommateurs au sein d'une armoire électrique.
Si l'appareil doit fonctionner sur un réseau à tension
continue1), il faut alors prendre des dispositions supplé­
mentaires pour dériver les surtensions.
Les appareils et dispositifs d'automatisation doivent être
montés de manière à être soit suffisamment protégés
contre une activation intempestive soit verrouillés (par
ex. contrôle d'accès, protection par mot de passe, etc.).

Consignes de sécurité

Lorsque les appareils fonctionnent en réseau, ce réseau

doit être conçu de façon à pouvoir détecter tout dys­
fonctionnement dans un nœud particulier et couper ce
dernier.
Il convient de prendre des mesures de sécurité au niveau
du matériel et des logiciels afin que la coupure d'un fil ou
toute autre interruption dans la transmission des signaux,
par ex. via les interfaces de bus, n'entraîne pas des états
non définis ou la perte de données dans le dispositif
d'automatisation.

Transformations et modifications
Il est interdit de modifier le module sur le plan conceptuel
ou celui de la sécurité sans accord explicite de notre
part. Nous ne pourrons en aucun cas être tenus res­
ponsables des dommages qui résulteraient d'une mo­
dification quelconque.
Il est notamment interdit de procéder à toute réparation
ou opération de soudure sur les cartes mères. Lors du
remplacement de modules complets, utiliser uniquement
des pièces d'origine HBM. Le module sort de l'usine avec
une configuration fixe au niveau matériel et logiciel. Les
modifications ne sont autorisées que dans la limite des
possibilités indiquées dans les manuels.

Personnel qualifié
Cet appareil doit uniquement être utilisé par du personnel
qualifié conformément aux caractéristiques techniques et
aux consignes de sécurité mentionnées.
En font partie les personnes remplissant au moins une
des trois conditions suivantes :

sation sont supposés être connus et vous les
connaissez en tant que chargé de projet.

4.1 Panel‐PC GK7000

Le terminal GK7000 est une unité de commande et d'af­

fichage dotée d'une technologie haute performance in­
tégrée pour un usage industriel, qui dispose d'un pro­
cesseur (CPU central) (reposant sur une architecture
ARM) de type S3C2416 et du système d'exploitation Mic­
rosoft Windows CE 6.0 Elle se caractérise par de nom­
breuses ressources, interfaces, une basse consom­
mation, une grande fiabilité.
Cet appareil dispose du même environnement de
développement intégré qu'un PC. Les utilisateurs
disposent ainsi de Embedded Visual C++ 4.0 (même
environnement de développement entièrement com­
patible API, comprenant MFC avec Visual C++ pour PC)
ainsi que de Visual Studio, etc. Cela permet de
développer aisément des interfaces d'applications et
d'écrire facilement des codes de traitement relatifs aux
widgets.

4.2 Logiciel FASTpress EASYmonitorCE

EASYmonitorCE est un logiciel HBM à utiliser avec le

contrôleur de process MP85A(DP). Il peut être utilisé sur
des ordinateurs reposant sur WindowsCE avec OS6.0 et
il accepte des résolutions d'écran de 800 x 480 pixels et
640 x 480 pixels (à partir de la version 2).
Le logiciel est conçu pour une commande tactile dans
des environnements industriels.
EASYmonitorCE permet d'effectuer toutes les opérations
de réglage et de commande du MP85A(DP). En outre, le

logiciel assure l'affichage et le stockage des courbes et

résultats de process ainsi que l'affichage des données de
process enregistrées.

4.3 Enregistrement de licence

Le progiciel EASYmonitorCE est préinstallé sur le PC et

ne nécessite aucune licence spécifique.

4.4 Vue d`ensemble des fonctions

8.1 Connexion de l'unité GK7000 au

MP85A

Mise en service :
S Montez et raccordez les capteurs ainsi que l'alimen­
tation électrique au MP85A(DP). Pour cela, reportez-
vous au manuel.
S Raccordez l'Ethernet du MP85A(DP) au GR7000
(peer­to­peer) ou dans un réseau via un switch
Ethernet. Utilisez des câbles Cat5 standards. Vérifiez
que le PC dispose de la fonction auto­crossing. Dans
le cas contraire, utilisez un câble croisé (le GR7000
dispose de la fonction auto­crossing et n'a donc
besoin que d'un câble 1:1).
S Raccordez le PC à l'alimentation (10 à 24 V C.C.).
Pour cela, reportez‐vous au manuel.

8.2 Apprentissage rapide

Allumez le PC à l'aide du bouton On/Off situé sur la

façade. Le logo IPC start apparaît.
Après quelques secondes, les indications sur la version
de EASYmonitorCE ainsi que l'écran “Network" (Réseau)
s'affichent.

Un clavier apparaît sur l'écran du PC si des chiffres ou
du texte doivent être saisis.

Le clavier affiché dépend du pays. La touche de

validation (“ENTREE") apparaît sur le clavier

avec les lettres. Vous pouvez passer d'un clavier à l'autre

à l'aide de la touche ou .
La fonction Scan permet de lancer un scan du réseau
et d'afficher tous les appareils MP85A(DP) fonctionnant
sur le réseau. Pour sélectionner une entrée, il suffit de
cliquer sur l'adresse correspondante.
Pour lancer la version hors ligne de EASYmonitorCE,
cliquez sur le bouton . Dans ce cas, aucune

connexion n'est nécessaire entre un MP85A(DP) et le PC

(utile pour visualiser des données en mémoire, pour
régler ou modifier des blocs de paramètres enregistrés
ou pour lire le fichier LOG).
Le mot de passe réglé par défaut sur EASYmonitorCE
est “1111" ; il peut être modifié.
Saisie de données : Terminez la saisie de données en

actionnant le bouton . Si le système invite à redé­

marrer le PC, acceptez avec le bouton “YES" (OUI).
Les données saisies ne seront pas appliquées si la boîte

de dialogue est fermée avec le bouton .

Si le dialogue est quitté avec le bouton , les don­

nées saisies ne sont pas utilisées.

Un bouton d'aide est présent sur chaque page. Il

permet d'afficher la page d'aide correspondante.

Configuration d'une connexion réseau :

Veuillez noter que pour l'option "WLAN", un adaptateur
WLAN doit être installé dans le PC (clé USB WLAN
disponible en tant qu'accessoire).

Réglez l'adresse IP du MP85A(DP) et du PC. Seul le

entrez le mot de passe approprié. Entrez l'adresse IP
et le masque de sous‐réseau pour le PC.
S La passerelle par défaut s'applique uniquement si le
MP85A(DP) et le PC fonctionnent dans un réseau
avec routeurs et si un accès à distance est
nécessaire.

S Fermez la boîte de dialogue à l'aide du bouton .

S Entrez l'adresse IP du MP85A(DP) sélectionné et éta­

blissez la connexion avec le bouton .

Pour régler le PC en mode DHCP, utilisez le bouton
“Change network settings" (Modifier les paramètres
réseau). Entrez le mot de passe approprié et cochez la
case “DHCP enabled" (DHCP activé).
Consultez les paramètres réseau du PC et réglez
l'adresse IP du MP85A(DP). Seul le dernier segment doit
être différent, par ex. :
Adresse IP du MP85A(DP) 172.21.108.237
Adresse de la passerelle 255.255.255.0

S Fermez la boîte de dialogue à l'aide du bouton .

S Entrez l'adresse IP du MP85A(DP) sélectionné et éta­

blissez la connexion avec le bouton .

Important
La barre d'information en bas de l'écran affiche des
messages actuels concernant l'état de la liaison et
l'adresse IP / le port du MP85A.

Zoom:
En "étirant" une zone sur l'écran du PC, il est possible de
zoomer sur une zone du process, ce zoom étant
conservé pour les autres process. L'actionnement du

bouton permet d'afficher de nouveau l'ensemble du

process.
Le bouton permet de revenir à un zoom défini pré­
cédemment.
Si on se trouve au niveau Admin, le système demande
en cas de zoom si une nouvelle fenêtre de tolérance doit
être créée.
Il est possible d'exploiter jusqu'à 6 MP85A(DP) dans un
réseau Ethernet avec le PC et EASYmonitorCE. Dès que
plus de deux appareils sont affichés, cela se fait dans
une vue globale tabellaire. Le bouton "Détails" permet de

passer à tout moment à l'affichage graphique du

MP85A(DP) correspondant. Depuis la vue détaillée, on
revient à la vue globale via le bouton "Fermer". La sau­
vegarde de courbes de processus et de résultats n'est
pas possible en mode de fonctionnement.

8.3 Niveau Opérateur

Dans le niveau Opérateur (“Worker"), il est seulement

possible de visualiser les process et les données
statistiques.
L'écran principal affiche la courbe du process ainsi que
les fenêtres d'évaluation / la courbe enveloppe et les
principales informations d'état.
La barre de titre et la barre d'état affichent des informa­
tions provenant du MP85A(DP).

L'actionnement du bouton portant le logo permet

d'afficher les boutons pour obtenir des informations
statistiques telles que les résultats, les statistiques et le
classement (des fenêtres de tolérance) :

Barre d'état :

d'obtenir des informations d'état telles qu'une alarme, les
raisons d'un arrêt, les points de la courbe, les valeurs
minimale et maximale. Il est possible de choisir les
informations qui seront affichées dans la boîte de dia­
logue “Option"- „Panneau résultats“ (disponible dans le
niveau Admin) :

Cette barre de menus permet de modifier la taille et la

position des fenêtres de tolérance déjà créées. Pour
cela, il faut toutefois se trouver au niveau Admin. Sinon,
les boutons ne seront pas activés :

L'affichage de l'état de la pile n'a de sens que si une pile
(accessoire) se trouve dans le PC.

8.4 Niveau Admin

Pour accéder au niveau Admin, cliquez sur le bouton

portant le logo , puis sur le bouton “Login". Entrez

le mot de passe. Le mot de passe par défaut est “1111".
Il peut être modifié par un utilisateur disposant de droits
d'administrateur.
Le bouton “Setup" (configuration) est désormais actif et
peut être utilisé pour accéder au niveau Admin.
Pour quitter le niveau Admin, utilisez le bouton de décon­
nexion “LOG OUT".

Conseil
Si l'utilisateur n'effectue aucune entrée au niveau Admin
pendant un certain temps, le logiciel revient alors auto­
matiquement au niveau Opérateur. Ce temps est réglé
par défaut à 10 minutes, mais peut être modifié.

Il existe 3 boutons pour gérer les données dans les

menus :

S permet d'enregistrer les données dans la RAM

du MP85A(DP).

S permet de mémoriser les données dans le bloc

de paramètres actuel (numéro du programme) du
MP85A(DP) qui est indiqué dans la boîte de dialogue.

S permet de quitter la boîte de dialogue sans

enregistrer les données dans le MP85A(DP).

Réglage des voies y et x du MP85A(DP), notamment
les paramètres de filtrage et la mise à zéro du signal
de mesure. Cet écran permet également d'étalonner
les entrées capteurs du MP85A(DP).
S TEDS :
Transfert des données d'un capteur TEDS vers le
MP85A(DP), dans la mesure où un capteur TEDS est
raccordé. Il est impossible d'inscrire des données sur
la puce TEDS. Il faut pour cela l'accessoire "Dongle
TEDS" de HBM.

S Evaluation criteria (critères d'évaluation) :

Modification et suppression des paramètres des
fenêtres de tolérance. La création de fenêtres de tolé­
rance se fait dans l'écran principal, lorsque le niveau
"Admin" est activé, en amenant une zone dans l'affic­
hage des courbes.
S Control settings (paramètres de contrôle) :
Réglage de la fenêtre d'alarme et nominale, ainsi que
des conditions de démarrage / d'arrêt / de fin, de la
réduction des données et du temps de mesure.
S Refresh curve mode (mode de rafraîchissement de la

l'indication optionnelle de l'état de charge de la bat­
terie dans la barre d'état.
- Panel result (paramètres concernant les résultats) :
active l'affichage des valeurs mini et maxi des
fenêtres de tolérance, d'alarme et nominale dans la
barre d'état. Les valeurs à afficher peuvent être
sélectionnées dans la boîte de dialogue “Result
panel" (paramètres concernant les résultats) du
menu “Options".
- Start panel (paramètres de départ) : permet de
choisir les informations qui apparaîtront en premier
dans la barre d'état.
- Curve history mode (mode historique courbe) :
permet d'afficher l'historique de la courbe du pro­
cess sous forme graphique dans l'écran principal.
- Show unit on axis (afficher l'unité sur l'axe) : permet
d'afficher ou de masquer les unités dans l'écran
graphique principal. Cette option permet également
d'augmenter la place disponible pour la courbe sur
l'écran.
- Panel type (paramètres concernant le type) : sélec­
tion du PC (GK7000, MP277, PC765) et de la
résolution de l'affichage (paramètres fixes).
S MP85A : sélection de la méthode d'évaluation du
MP85A(DP) :
- Fenêtre, bande de tolérance, courbe enveloppe
- Sélection de la langue du MP85A(DP) (différente

pour les valeurs extrêmes de chaque fenêtre de tolé­
rance. Les courbes de process et les fichiers résultats
présents dans la mémoire tampon du PC ou sur la
carte mémoire du MP85A(DP) peuvent être effacés
manuellement.
S Options de zoom
Possibilité de régler la représentation graphique des
courbes de process dans l'écran principal : zoom
manuel ou zoom de la fenêtre d'alarme resp. de la
fenêtre nominale du MP85A(DP).

8.5 Archivage des données

Les données du process (courbes de mesure et résul­

tats) de l'amplificateur de mesure MP85A(DP) peuvent
être enregistrées sur la carte SD du MP85A ou sur le PC
de commande, une clé USB ou un PC/serveur réseau.
Dans tous les cas, il y a deux options d'enregistrement :
"Sans perte de données" et "Optimisation du process".

Important
Notez qu'avec l'option "Sans perte de données", le
MP85A essaie toujours d'enregistrer les données de pro­
cess. Si cela n'est pas possible, le MP85A n'est alors
rapidement plus disponible pour d'autres process car la
mémoire interne ne peut stocker qu'environ 10 process.
Tout le process peut ainsi être arrêté (arrêt machine).

L'enregistrement des données de process n'est par

exemple plus possible lorsque le support mémoire choisi
est plein ou lorsque la connexion réseau vers le support
mémoire choisi (PC de commande) ou un ordinateur du
réseau est interrompue.
Les données de process sont enregistrées dans le
dossier "Flash disc 1" du PC de commande. Celui-ci
dispose de 2 Go, ce qui correspond approximativement à
600 000 courbes avec résultats.
L'état de la mémoire peut être affiché via le menu "A pro­
pos" (niveau Admin). Pour effacer cette mémoire,
connectez-vous avec le mot de passe maître "6151".
EASYmonitorCE ne peut être fermé avec le bouton
"Quitter" qu'après avoir saisi le mot de passe maître. Uti­
lisez ensuite l'explorateur de fichiers du PC de com­
mande.

Avec l'option "Optimisation du process", le MP85A ignore

si les données de mesure peuvent être sauvegardées
dans leur intégralité et continue donc les process. Cela
peut entraîner une perte de données, mais le MP85A et
donc le process ne s'arrêtent pas.

9.1 Problèmes d'alimentation

Impossible de mettre l'appareil en marche

Mauvaise connexion
Vérifier les connecteurs mâles et le connecteur femelle.

Important
S'assurer que le câble de l'interrupteur d'alimentation est
bien branché pour éviter tout problème inutile.

9.2 Problèmes relatifs à l'écran

1. Pas d'affichage
2. Le temps d'exécution est long lorsque vous cliquez
sur des fonctions, celles‐ci ne peuvent alors pas être
activées.
3. Retard ou blocage lors du changement d'images.

Important
Redémarrer l'appareil lorsque les problèmes ci‐dessus
surviennent.

4. L'écran tactile ne répond pas correctement aux

pressions.

Calibrer l'écran tactile. Pour plus de détails, se

reporter à “Calibrage de l'écran tactile".
5. L'affichage est flou.
Vérifier que l'écran n'est pas sale. Le cas échéant,
l'essuyer avec un chiffon doux non pelucheux.

9.3 Calibrage de l'écran tactile

Si l'écran tactile ne répond pas aux pressions, lancer le

programme de calibrage de l'écran tactile.
1. Mettre l'appareil sous tension. Se connecter avec le
mot de passe 6151. Appuyer sur le bouton Quitter.
Entrer directement dans le système d'exploitation
Windows CE.

2. Cliquer sur “My Device" pour entrer dans le gestion­

naire de fichiers.

3. Cliquer sur “Control Panel" dans le gestionnaire de

fichiers.

4. Cliquer ensuite sur “Stylus".

perties".

6. Cliquer sur “Recalibrate" pour lancer le calibrage.

7. Lors du calibrage, maintenir le doigt ou le stylet sur la

croix au centre de l'écran jusqu'à ce qu'elle se
déplace à un autre endroit de l'écran.

Procédure : lorsque l'objet peut se déplacer sur l'écran,

répéter cette opération (il existe 5 points de vérification).
8. Une fois le calibrage terminé, appuyer à un endroit
quelconque de l'écran. Retourner à la boite de dia­
logue “Stylus Properties".

9. Terminer le calibrage.

Cliquer sur pour accepter le nouveau réglage et quit­

ter le calibrage de l'écran.

Cliquer sur pour conserver les anciens paramètres et

10 Installation d'une application EASYmonitorCE

Le PC de commande dispose déjà d'une version de
EASYmonitorCE exécutable préinstallée. Pour installer
une autre version, procédez comme suit :
Raccordez le PC de commande au PC hôte via le
mini­port USB. Le PC hôte doit disposer de WindowsXP
avec ActiveSync ou de Windows7.
WindowsXP avec ActiveSync :
S La première fois, installez les pilotes GK7000 à partir
du petit CD fourni avec le PC de commande. Après
avoir branché l'appareil, lancez l'application Active­
Sync et recherchez les appareils mobiles.
Windows7/8:
S Lorsque l'appareil est branché, un nouveau dossier
apparaît dans l'Explorateur Windows. Cliquez alors
sur l'appareil mobile.
S Connectez-vous avec le mot de passe maître "6151".
EASYmonitorCE ne peut être fermé avec le bouton
"Quitter" qu'après avoir saisi le mot de passe maître.
L'application EASYmonitorCE se trouve dans le dossier
Flash Disc => easymonitorce.
S Supprimez tous les fichiers et sous-dossiers. Pro­
cédez à l'extraction de tous les fichiers de la nouvelle
version EASYmonitorCE se trouvant sur le PC hôte et
copiez tous les fichiers et sous-dossiers dans le
dossier easymonitorce du PC de commande.
Une fois que le transfert est terminé, débranchez la
connexion USB et éteignez, puis rallumez le PC de com­
mande. Il redémarre alors avec la nouvelle version de
l'application EASYmonitorCE.

13 Élimination des déchets et protection de

l'environnement
Tous les équipements électriques et électroniques
doivent être mis au rebut comme des déchets dange­
reux. La mise au rebut correcte des équipements usagés
évite les dommages écologiques et les risques pour la
santé.

Marquage d'élimination des déchets prescrit par

la loi
Les équipements électriques et électroniques portant ce
symbole sont soumis à la directive européenne
2002/96/CE relative aux déchets d'équipements
électriques et électroniques.
Ce symbole signifie que l'appareil ne doit pas être jeté
avec les ordures ménagères.
Conformément aux réglementations nationales et locales
en matière de protection de l’environnement et de recyc­
lage, les anciens modules hors d’usage doivent être éli­
minés séparément des ordures ménagères normales.
Pour plus d’informations sur l’élimination d’appareils,
consultez les autorités locales ou le revendeur auprès
duquel vous avez acheté le produit en question.
Comme les réglementations relatives à l'élimination des
déchets diffèrent d'un pays européen à l'autre, veuillez

L'emballage d'origine des appareils HBM est fabriqué en
matériaux recyclables et peut donc être recyclé. Pour

lage vide.

Protection de l'environnement
Le produit satisfait pendant au moins 20 ans aux limites
générales relatives aux substances dangereuses. Il est
ainsi écologiquement sûr de l'utiliser durant cette période
et il est recyclable. C'est ce qu'atteste le symbole sui­
vant.

Limites d'émission d'équipements électroniques

Marquage prescrit par la loi relative aux limites
d'émission d'équipements électroniques destinés au
marché chinois.

Mise au rebut de la batterie

Selon le décret sur les batteries, la loi vous oblige à
recycler toutes les piles/batteries usagées. Il est interdit
de les jeter avec les déchets ménagers normaux.
Veuillez éliminer vos piles/batteries en tant que déchets
spéciaux en respectant l'environnement.
Vous pouvez amener vos batteries usagées dans les
déchetteries communales ou les déposer dans tout
magasin vendant des piles/batteries.
