Dear Sir please allow me to implement following system in QC and Finishing


department which is necessary to improve our quality system. Sir, as you know, with the
help of your guidance and support, I was successful in execution of “4 point system” in FID,
but with the systematic change FID and all other departments also need some tools and
devices to increase their efficiency. So I’ll also request you to approve following demands
and changes in existing set-up.

Implementations:
Finishing Department:

 Transfer End line checker’s strength into finishing department.


 Clock Wise Inspection in End Line and finishing department.
 Implementation of Performance Chart and new inspection Reports in End Line and finish
inspection.

Inline Inspection:

 7-0 system.
 Traffic lights control system.
 On the spot defect recovery.
 5 part ticket system. ( Inspection of every 5th piece by machine operator)
 Bundle moving discipline.

And please also allow to do following changes:

 Electricity breakers for each line and Area.


 CCTV Cameras on each area
 Gray paint in FID.
 Place press/steam system at approved place.
 Placement of internal audits tables at approved place.
 Place stain and rafu tables at approved place near finishing department.
