Interviewee: none but I research about the things that the DepEd have done for
the curriculum this school year.
What are the priority programs and projects that DepEd implemented this
school year?
Answer:
DepEd sent orders that are implemented this school year. These are:
- Adoption of the Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan for School Year 2020-
2021 in the Light of the COVID-19 Public Health Emergency (DepEd Order
no.012 s.2020)
- The Basic Education Learning Continuity Plan of DepEd includes the different
learning delivery modalities amidst the pandemic.
- Supplemental Guidelines on the Grant of Cash Allowance to Teachers (DepEd
Order no. 013 s. 2021)
What are the challenges issues, issues, problems, they met in their
division or district in relation to curriculum implementation?
Answer: They do not have enough knowledge about the implementation of
the different learning delivery modalities because not all teachers are
knowledgeable about technology. They also encounter problems when it
comes to the distribution modules to the student.
What are the strategies they are implementing to address these issues,
challenges, and problems?
Answer: They are organizing and inviting teachers and other school
stakeholders in virtual seminars and teacher training programs about the
new mode of learning. They also give cash allowance for the other
teachers.

1. Describe the process of curriculum development practiced by your
college or university.
Answer:
The curriculum is developed through the academic council of the
university. The Deans will discuss first the curriculum with the
program heads then after that it will be approved by the Campus
Director. Once the director approved the curriculum, it will be
discussed and settled by the academic council.
2. Develop a flowchart describing how the proposal reaches the level
of approval in your college or your university.

challenges and integrates them in the curriculum
Answer:
Our university addresses several issues and challenges through the help of the student
organization and our student regents. They are the ones who will voice out the issues
that every student at the university has. They are the ones who always organizing
conferences or meetings to know the several issues and evaluate it and pass it on the
higher personnel of the University.
Activity 24
1. Collect Samples of syllabus in your school.
2. Examine how each syllabus considers the various factors affecting the identified
curriculum implementation.
Each syllabus considered the factors affecting the identified curriculum
implementation through adjusting the learning resources listed in the syllabus. As
we can see, learning resources can be both in print and digital because not all
students have available gadgets at home.
Teachers need to understand deeply the content and performance standards of
the curriculum guide because it will help them in developing lessons and
activities. In the syllabus above, the teaching and learning activities are included
because in a curriculum implementation, effective teacher and learner
involvement is important.
The Intended Learning Outcomes (ILO) that are written in the syllabus are based
on the transfer goals that are formulated because of the combined standards of
the implemented curriculum.
Teachers should follow standards in the curriculum guide because it was
formulated by DepEd.
