The Sangguniang Kabataan Municipal Federation of Calape affirms the vital role
of the young Calapenhons in community-building, support for the creation of
mechanisms and opportunities to realize youth’s empowerment, meaningful and
active participation in the community.

The SKMF Calape initiated the program namely The Outstanding Kabataang
Calapenhon Award (TOKCA). Its main objective is to give recognition to
outstanding youth in Calape who have manifested exceptional leadership skills,
this to inspire them towards greater achievements in life and strengthens the
SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN drive to promote lifelong learning and opportunities to the youth as a goal in
MUNICIPAL FEDERATION OF addressing United Nations- Sustainable Development Goals.

eligible Kabataang Calapenhon student leader from the graduating class to be
given this award (medal and certificate) The Kabataang Calapenhon Awardee
should demonstrate good perfomance in his/her leadership, he/she should also be
CONTACT involved in impactful extra-curricular activities. The said award will be given
