Ballew and Raymond Ballew in Deed Book 1189, Page 603, and the property conveyed to Ellis
Harold Roberts in Deed Book 1729, Page 130, and the property conveyed to Lynda Marion Rerych,
‘Trustee on the Lynda Marion Rerych Revocable Trust Agreement dated February 1, 2005, said
