Job Description for Each Position in your Company

1. Owner / President Director


is a person who has full control over all operational activities in the company.

President Director Responsibilities :


 Develop the company's vision and mission.
 Directing and using existing resources to achieve the company's vision and
mission.
 Select, define, supervise the tasks and performance of employees and managers.
 Approved the company's annual budget.
 Forging strategic relationships and partnerships.
 Manage investments, allocations and divestments.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minumum S2 Management / Economics / Industrial Engineering.
 Experience: minimum 10 years in head division and managerial sector.
 Additional requirement : adept at making agreements between companies, able to
work well with all work units, responsible, honest and loyal to the company, able
to manage time and employees well. Seventh, have the ability to conceptualize the
company's vision and mission as well as company goals.

2. Human Resource Manager


is a person who coordinates all human resource management activities in the
organization to maximize the strategic use of human resources such as employee
compensation, recruitment, personnel policies and compliance with regulations.

Human Resource Manager Responsibilities :


 Responsible for manpower starting from employee recruitment, payroll, promotion
(promotion), job performance appraisal, employee rewards directly or indirectly.
 Develop workforce development programs by planning education and training to
increase employee skills and expertise.
 Creating a harmonious work atmosphere and fostering mutual understanding
between employees so as to increase employee morale.
 Manage and resolve labor insurance problems.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum S1 Psychology / Management / Law.
 Experience: minimum 5 years work experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : responsible and well behaved, disciplined, consistent /
stable, able to work together in a team, maximum 45 years old, able to
communicate well, able to read the nature of employee behavior, have broad
insight, have a leadership spirit and speak English active, understand about the
Manpower Law.

3. Research & Development Manager


is a manager who sets goals to be achieved and proposes ways of achieving them,
including compiling various plans, for example: plans for final results (quantity and
quality), plans for the use of funds, plans for manpower, and so on.
Research & Development Manager Responsibilities :
 Leading the manufacture of furniture products design.
 Approving the design of furniture products made by staff.
 Oversee the performance of design staff.
 Manage the development of new furniture designs.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum S1 Industrial Engineering.
 Experience: minimum 5 years work experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : male or female maximum 35 years old, fluent in English
(both active and passive), able to work in teams, discipline, honest.

4. Production Manager
is a person who is directly responsible to the director in coordinating all activities
related to the process, both in the production and utility departments.

Production Manager Responsibilities :


 Checking every request for material both from documents and physical.
 Check the material condition inventory statement so that it is always available.
 Check every inventory opname statement and carry out direct checks.
 Checking the results of each work unit by conducting sampling and visual
observations.
 Checking reports made by work team units.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum S1 Industrial Engineering.
 Experience: minimum 5 years experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : not color blind, male, 35-45 years old, good looking,
disciplined, honest, responsible, professional, initiative, creative, computer literate,
able to read auto cad drawings.

5. Sales Manager
is a person who plans, directs, or coordinates distribution of products or services to
customers. Coordinating sales distribution by building sales territories, quotas, and
goals. A sales manager also establishes a training program for sales personnel.

Sales Manager Responsibilities :


 Develop a sales strategy to achieve current and future company goals / targets by
paying attention to marketing and customer development and technology.
 Maximizing product selling out according to the target.
 Calculate the cost of goods sold for products, both export and local based on
fluctuations in raw material prices and other costs.
 Supervise and control the purchase of raw materials according to orders and needs
for safety stock, especially those related to price and quantity.
 Oversee and control the billing.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum S1 Industrial Engineering.
 Experience: minimum 5 years experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : not color blind, male, 35-45 years old, good looking,
disciplined, honest, responsible, professional, initiative, creative, computer literate,
able to read auto cad drawings.

6. Financial Manager
is a person who manages and controls the management of financial management and
management of company bills in order to assist the Director in achieving company
goals and objectives, both short and long term by optimizing existing resources
professionally and benefiting the company.

Financial Manager Responsibilities :


 Make monthly cash flow statement.
 Create financial statements and analysis (fund management).
 Monitoring the circulation of accounts payable and receivable.
 Control journals that have been inputted on the computer, sales notes and
receivables from suppliers.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum S1 Accounting / Economics.
 Experience: at least 5 years in finance.
 Additional requirement: honest, responsible, disciplined, consistent, able to operate
computers very well, leadership, analytical thinking, integrity, cooperative, caring
about order and strategic thinking, capable and able to think conceptually and
analytically.

7. Human Resource Staff


is an employee who take care of personnel activities and assist the personnel manager
by providing consideration and advice to the personnel manager.

Human Resource Staff Responsibilities :


 Formulate and develop short-term and long-term plans for the activities on its part
as well as policies and procedures related to the activities in question.
 Ensure the existence of all employee job descriptions in accordance with the
company's organizational structure.
 Evaluating the number of company manpower requirements.
 Preparing and selecting employee.
 Taking care of employee admissions and placement.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum D3 in all majors.
 Experience: minimum 3 years work experience.
 Additional requirement : 22-35 years old, honest, disciplined, able to work in
teams, understand labor laws.

8. Design Staff
is an employee who takes care of product design activities and helps design managers
by providing consideration and advice to the design manager.

Design Staff Responsibilities :


 To initiate, design and develop new creative works that are of great interest to the
public.
 Developing creative businesses that are still potential to be developed.
 Conduct market research on customer tastes of furniture.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum D3 in all majors.
 Experience: minimum 3 years work experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : maximum 35 years old, expert in graphic design and able
to use computer design applications, creative, honest, team work.

9. Production staff
is an employee who take care of production activities and assist the personnel
manager by providing consideration and advice to the production manager.

Production Staff Responsibilities :


 Supervise existing production in the factory.
 Maintain machine conndition by controling, if there is a breakdown.
 Testing furniture products that have been produced.
 Create material inventory reports.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum D3 in all majors.
 Experience: minimum 3 years experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : 22-35 years old, responsibility, hardworking, honest, team
work, discipline.
10. Sales Staff
is an employee who are in charge of sales and product marketing activities and assist
sales managers by providing advice and advice to sales managers.

Sales Staff Responsbilities :


 As admin on the company website.
 Uploading new or sold products on websites or social networks.
 Serving customers who order or ask questions about products through websites or
social networks.
 Responsible for the convenience of customer service on websites or social
networks.

Required Qualification :
 Education: minimum D3 Economics / Marketing.
 Experience: minimum 3 years experience in the same sector.
 Additional requirement : attractive, maximum 35 years old, responsible,
hardworking, able to communicate very well, professionally, honestly.

11. Financial staff


is an employee who takes care of the company's financial and administrative activities
and assists the financial manager by providing advice and advice to the financial
manager.

Financial Staff Responsibilities :

administrative support for the smooth running of all employees' activities.
