Statement of Transition Service Needs and Course of Study

Michael will complete an academic and career/technical course of scrutiny which


will lead him to be employed in the automotive industry. He needs tutoring, a
calculator, curriculum adaptations for reading and writing, and a spell-checker to
participate in academic and career education in order to complete his required
courses of study which will lead to his employment after graduation.
Measurable Postschool Goals and Transition Activities
1. Education and Training: Upon graduation, Michael will undergo technical and
on-the-job training to work competitively in the automobile industry as an
automotive repair technician.
Course of Study: Michael will have to take part in an academic and career course
