SUGGESTED MODES
Emphasis has been placed on safety throughout the program and it is important that the
instructor constantly emphasizes this. Wherever possible, the instruction should be of a
practical nature and provide the trainee with a high degree of 'hands-on' exposure.
While some topics may require a classroom venue for theoretical explanations, it is
suggested that this be kept to a minimum. For practical purposes it is recommended
