Terms & Condi ons
a) PAYMENT - 100% payment shall be made in advance.
b) TAX - 18% GST will be levied on all our products & services.
c) PRODUCT SERVICE - With product purchase, InfyCare Silver package included Free of Cost (FOC). Online training for 2 sessions
included FOC. Onsite Training on chargeable basis.
d) ITEMS - Single so ware will contain 1 hardware lock + 1 CD for installa on.
e) DELIVERY - Supply within 20 working days from technically & commercially clear Purchase order. Site training for the so ware can
be provided within fortnight of receipt of technically & commercially clear purchase order.
f) WARRANTY - 1 year for CD and hardware lock against any manufacturing defects. Warranty does not apply to lost/misplaced item.
g) POST WARRANTY SUPPORT - Subsequent to the expiry of the warranty, the Customer may opt for the InfyCare packages. This will
cover any malfunc ons of the applica on so ware and ensure smooth opera on.
h) JURISDICTION - The jurisdic on for resolving all disputes arising out of this purchase shall be under Bangalore, Karnataka
jurisdic on, India.
i) USAGE TERMS - EULA governs all the usage terms pertaining to so ware.
