Ntengwe for Community Development - Binga District under the Kinder Not Heifa (KNH)

Duties:

 Assisting the project officer in producing activity plans in line with the organisation’s
planning framework.
 Participating in joint agency meetings, taskforce teams and workshops
 Working with probation officers from the Ministry of Labour and Social Services to
train members of the child led CPC and traditional leaders in issues related to child
protection.
 Attending and participating in the Rural District Development Committee (RDDC) and
the District Child Protection Committee (DCPC) meetings.
 Assist in implementation and monitoring of the KNH activities in the field. .
 Participating in the annual review meeting
 Assisting in compiling monthly/quarterly/semi-annual/ annual reports for all project
activities.
 Assisting in preparing the relevant documents including acquittals to finance on time.
 Assisting in developing organisational policies
 Assisting in facilitating in workshops
 Taking of photographs during project outreaches and other activities. Updating of
Organisations photo gallery and editing of Organisation photographs for Newsletters
designing purposes
