Respectfully submitted in your good office the information with regards to the replacement of old tires
for Security Patrols here at FPIP Detachment.

At around 0610H dated 08 April 2021, the team of Mr. Julius (Jun) Villegas from SSISI H.Q arrived to
include Mr. Alvin Fabrea, Mr. Valentino Ferol and Mr. Gerwin Bandola and there are carrying office
supplies for fpip detachment including six (6) pcs. new tires to replace the old ones for our Security
Patrol vehicles, four (4) pcs. is for Hi-lux plate no. AJA-1130 and the two (2) pcs. in turn is for the
Innova plate no. ZTH-774.

Further, Mr. Villegas and Mr. Bandola checked defective Firearms and HandHeld Radio here at
security office and they immediately replaced 22 pcs. old 9mm bullets and shotgun with new bullets as
well as the three (3) old radio batteries that no longer work,while Mr. Perol and Mr. Fabria conducted a
post to post inspection here at FPIP vicinity.

In line with this, at around 1130H same day we went to the Autoshop to replace the four (4) old Hi-lux
tires and then we brought also the Innova to the autoshop to replace the old two (2) tires that should have
been replaced by four (4) base in my previous request, because the remaining two (2) have actually worn
out as well.
