1. Idea
The name of our café is

“Kasshh”
(“So Come for the FOOD….and stay for the VIBE!”)

“Kasshh” will operate as a single, small to medium size café. The café will cater the Group of
Youth from age group of 18-30 years. The Social Economic class which it will target is SEC A,
B and half the percentage of SEC C.

The café would comprise of the following things:

1. Coffee
2. Drinks, Shakes other then coffee
3. Bakery Stuff
4. Sheesha
5. X-Box Facility
6. Wi-Fi availability for the youngsters that want technology on the go.
7. Performances of Local Music Bands

2. Our Mission
Our mission is to reach beyond our basic financial goals and become the first choice of Youth for
hang out , delivering complete customer satisfaction by providing outstanding quality and
magnificent service at a reasonable cost through superb customer service and mutual respect to
management, staff, customers and vendors.

3. Description of the Idea


The café is specially designed for the youngsters from age 18-30. The café as we had described
earlier will contain all the fun stuff from Food to Music.

Our Idea will cater the need of youth from the age 18-30, who wants to hang-out with friends
and want a place that is really trendy and stylish. Our cafe is providing this all. We are providing
youth with many facilities under one roof. (Will be explained in detail in our Business Plan).

Stakeholders of the project are as follows:

1. Project Manger
2. Project Team
3. Sponsors (who will finance this Project in future).
4. Customers
5. Government.
6. CDA (Capital Development Authority).
7. Employees
8. Students of CASE University, who will be working all along the project for its success.
9. Property Owner.

4. Activities to be performed
The idea will be further developed through the help of survey, which will be conducted through
the help of designed questionnaire. The designed questionnaire will help us in many ways. The
designed questionnaire will tell us about the perception of people about different other cafes and
restaurants. This information will help us to design our infrastructure and facilities of the café.

The steps that will be included in our survey are as follows:

I. Designing of Questionnaire
This phase is being completed (Detailed Questionnaire will going to be attached with our
final Business plan)

II. Information Gathering


In this phase the questionnaire will be filled by the sample of target consumers. The
method used for information collection will be face to face interviews.

III. Data Analysis


The collected data will then be analyzed by the help of statistical software (SPSS). The
analyzed data will give us a clear picture about the perception of people.

Based on the findings and the results, we will devise the strategy provided if it’s feasible and has
great demand from the young generation.
After this survey, Designing and infrastructure, Pricing of products, The finalization of location
for our café will be done

5. Problem(s) Statement
The listed problems can come:

 There have been lots of labels and names given to our cafe, labels that have been imposed
on us, many with predetermined meanings, out of them decision can be a problem.
 Advertisements can be hard.
 Opening our Café at a well-known place or area.
 Competition
