DEED OF SALE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
This DEED OF SALE made and entered into this ____ day of
__________ 2021, in _______________, by and between:
MARK ACE GOCHANGCO OBLIGAR, of legal age,
Filipino citizen, with postal address at 78 Cotabato Street,
Barangay Alicia, Bago Bantay, Quezon City, hereinafter
referred to as “SELLER”;

AUREA GOCHANGCO OBLIGAR, of legal age, Filipino
citizen, with postal address at 78 Cotabato Street, Barangay
Alicia, Bago Bantay, Quezon City, hereinafter referred to as
“BUYER”;
WITNESSETH, that:
WHEREAS, as owner of the Toyota Vios 1.5G, specifically
identified below, the SELLER offers to sell the Toyota Vios 1.5G in the
total amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(Php350,000.00) PESOS;

A copy of the Official Receipt No. 2110657463 dated August 2,
2021 and Certificate of Registration No. 6897089-3 dated June 13, 2008 is
hereto attached as ANNEX “A” and “B”.
WHEREAS, the BUYER accepts to buy the aforesaid vehicle in the
total amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(Php350,000.00) PESOS;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing premises,
the parties have agreed as they hereby agree as follows:
1. The BUYER agrees to pay one-time the aforesaid vehicle in the
total amount of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY THOUSAND
(Php350,000.00) PESOS;

2. Upon the payment of THREE HUNDRED FIFTY
THOUSAND (Php350,000.00) PESOS, Philippine currency, the
SELLER agrees to transfer the ownership of the said vehicle to
the BUYER.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have hereunto signed by
these presents on the date and place first above written.
