Risk Assessment Cyclone Blockage Removal

The task risk assessment is for preheater cyclone blockage removal. There are hazards of slip hazards and falling from heights that could cause minor injuries. Controls include maintaining good housekeeping in all preheater floors and having necessary tools available on all critical floors to avoid shifting tools during emergencies. With these controls in place, the residual risks are lowered. The shift engineer is responsible for overseeing the operation and monitoring personnel.
