Working as Electronics Engineer Maintenance.
Certified Experience with different companies:
• Involved as a part of team member in the installation of the new plant of
Fujairah rock wool with an Italian company GAMA MECCANNICA
and a Finland company OSRAM in the erection of a new plant in new Fujairah
Free Zone Al hail U.A.E
• Worked with dueffe constrzioni elettriche ed automazioni per
l'industria as there team member in the automation testing and
commissioning of the new plant.
• Worked with RECO autmizioni in the networking of the whole
control pannels and SCADA based control system.
• Worked with Power tech pvt limited in providing fire Alarm and fire
fighting system for the new plant.
• Worked with Power tech pvt limited in providing the SCADA based
power system.
• Worked with CYLIN GAS pvt limited in providing LPG services and its
modren digital optical fibre based leakage detection and monitoring
system.
• Worked with INMATEC gas technologies in installation oxygen generator
plant capable of separating utilizing atmospheric oxygen and providing it
to the burners for the fast enrichment of coal and lpg.
• Worked with Al-Faris and cummins in a joint venture with FRF to provide
a 3750KW synchronised automated power gen [Link] system was
microcontroller based and capable of generating power depending upon
the variable [Link] as a team member in the design of a mechanism
to compensate high THD(total hormonic distortion ) level due to the
heavy inductive impedences which badly effect the automated
synchronization of the gen sets.
• Worked with NEFCO in setting up an automated fire Alarm and fire
fighting system.
• Worked with MR impiatance electrici di roberto montagoli an italian
company in the automation of furnace and as a comissioning officer in the
comissioning of the new plant.
• Install and automate the water desalination(RO) plant for the water
desallination for the cooling and resin system of the new plant.
Major duties and responsibilities in maintenance:
• Calibrates, maintains, repairs and troubleshoots a wide range of process
instruments and control systems, replaces worn damage or failed equipment
and components to support plant operations.
• Performs preventive maintenance on instruments and control systems and
is involved in the installation of circuits and associated instrumentation
and equipment supporting plant modifications.
• Using computerized maintenance system to order spare parts from the
ware house and maintain the records of all maintenance work completed.
Monitors repeated breakdowns and takes proper modification; provides
on job training to new craftsmen in order to necessary skills.
• Read and interprets the electrical wiring diagram and trouble shooting
and maintain the machinery.
• Electrical control panel erecting and ac/dc motor control techniques.
