Warmest Greatings,

We, the researchers in the field of Political Science of Notre Dame of Marbel
University - City of Koronadal are currently enrolled in PSMC 121 (Research in
Political Science 2) class this First Semester, Academic Year 2021 - 2022. As an
obligatory requirement and degree requisite, we will conduct a Quantitative Study
entitled, “Implementation of Barangay Disaster Risk Reduction and Management
Council (BDRRMC) in the Flood-Prone Areas in Tantangan”. Your participation in
is voluntary and all information provided will be kept in confidentiality and would
be used only for academic purposes.

We, the researchers, would like to ask permission to conduct a survey among the
residents of your jurisdiction, if possible, house-to-house, in the Barangay New
Iloilo, specifically in Purok Acacia and Purok Bayog. Attached herewith is the
survey questionnaire for this study.

Given the current situation, we are highly considering everyone’s safety. We, the
researchers, are going to follow the safety protocol by wearing face mask, face
shield, and bringing with us alcohol for sanitation.

Your approval to conduct this study will be greatly appreciated.
