FINAL DEMAND LETTER
Dear Madame:
Christian Greetings!
This letter is in connection with your obligation to my client, MARITES C. RAMIREZ,
relative the sum of money you loaned amounting to FIFTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS
(P55,000.00) Philippine currency as evidenced by an acknowledgment receipt you have
signed and had caused to be notarized by Atty. Leonard M. Beltran on October 28, 2014. . It is
worth recalling that you had already incurred the obligation amounting to FIFTY FIVE
THOUSAND PESOS (P55,000.00), representing the principal considering your last payment
was in April 2018 and to date you failed to pay 14 months, exclusive of the 7% monthly interest.
You have been previously advised by my client to settle your obligation. But sad to say,
the same turned futile in as much as you refused to heed to the same. In fact, it is worth
recalling that Miss Ramirez had constantly been coming to see you in your residence as well as
in your workplace but to no avail. Despite the said demand, you failed to settle the matter with
my client for the same end in reaching possible amicable settlement on the matter.
To avoid the rigors, expense and shame of public trial, hence this Final Demand Letter
humbly urging you to settle all your obligations with Miss Ramirez. Otherwise, you will be
proceeded with accordingly.
The amount which you are to settle is broken down as follows:
Principal Obligation Php 55,000.00
Plus 7% Monthly Interest Php 53,900.00
Php 108,900.00
Plus 20 % as Lawyer’s fee Php 20,178.00
TOTAL Php 129,078.00
You are given five (5) days from receipt of this letter to settle your obligation with my
client at my law office located at 2 nd Floor of Diwa Building, College Avenue, Tuguegarao City,
Cagayan. This letter will serve as the final demand; and, failure on your part to make any
settlement will leave us with no other recourse but to lodge the necessary civil or
criminal complaint.
Thank you and hoping for your immediate response regarding this matter.
Respectfully,
ATTY. NICHOLO RUDOLF A. SUPNET
