1 Problem Identification Through Personal Interview of Owner and


Staff
From Personal Interview of Mr. Asutosh Patel (Owner) and Other Staff Members we
Found that During Pandemic The Revenue from Sells are Decreasing around 60%,
and then when we try to find reason for this we found that People feel unsafe for
eating outside food during lockdown. Then we found that Home delivery system is
only available in 3 K.M. areas around gandevi. So it is very challenging Situation for
them.

Our Suggestions:
Gandevi Town is very small town so we suggest them to divide their staff in such a
way that delivers food to customers on their doors as soon as possible. They already
have excess Staff so we suggest them that excessive staff members can do delivery
process
Food delivered to customer’s door with maintaining all precautions advised by
government.

Implementation
They already have excess staff members so they started door to door
delivery.

Although they are serve food during pandemic situation their service is Average
according to customers there must be some thread in their service. So they might be
doing some focus on that.

From this we can say that most of student, self employed and salaried persons are

Problem-
From this we find that main problem is arise in service because they are not working
on digital platform so their delivery of door to door is not working as expected
because their excessive staffs has pressure to reach at destination in time.

Suggestion-
We suggested them to get cop up with some popular companies like swiggy and
zomato. So they can handle this pressure and their might be chance of enhancement of
their business because they get order on digital platform.

Implementation-
They think to expand their business on digital platform by doing partnership with
swiggy and zomato.

3. Problem Identification through our Observation and Examination


As we visited that place we find that their infrastructure is not good enough for dining of
large number of people as government of India is provide guidelines for restaurant to
provide dining at proper distance.

Here we see that only very few people can enjoy their meal because of guideline of
government of social distancing. Clearly they need more dinning arrangement.

Suggestion-

So we suggest them to change their infrastructure and use their all available space.

Implementation-

They convert their free storage room into dining so that they serve delicious food to their
customers.
