Remembering Hurricane Katrina

1) Scattered: Define: To be scattered is to be spread or thrown about.

Example: The sheep were scattered across the meadow.

2) Mature : Define: To be mature is to show the qualities of being an


adult.

train by himself.

3) Organizations: Define: Organizations are groups of people who join


together for a purpose.

Example: Students signed up for information about recycling


organizations.

4) Gingerly: Define: To do something gingerly is to do it carefully or


with extreme caution.

5) Generosity: Define: Generosity means a willingness and happiness

task.

he was late.
