MODULE 2 Pre-Natal Period

LESSON 1
Learning Outcomes: At the end of this Lesson, you are expected to describe the stages
of prenatal development and appreciate the significance of pre-natal care.
Learning Tasks:

Activity 1
Small Group Discussion. Read the article "Life Before Birth" then form into small groups
and share your answers to the following questions.
1. What are your feelings and reactions about what you read?

This little thing educate me because this tells of the development of a child from conception
to birth and the damaging effects of abortion. The life of every human being is a continuum
beginning at conception and proceeding if all goes well.

2 Do you agree that that which is developing in the womb is a mere "blob of tissue" or
"uterine contents' as abortionists claim? Adhere your explanation.

Babies are living humans from conception. It is not a blob of tissue. Each person is fearfully
and wonderfully made in the image of God.
