HERE’S HOW IT IS!
Business Organizations are created to facilitate the trade of goods and services to
the people or the customers. All forms of business require fund to start and
customer to earn profit. A business can be created and owned by a person/group
of persons, for philanthropic purposes, or government owned.
BASIC FORMS OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION:
1. Sole Proprietorship – is owned and managed by only one person. It is the
simplest and easiest form of business to create. The owner and the business
are taken as the same entity, which means the profit of the business is also
the income of the owner.
2. Partnership – is owned and formed by two or more persons to start a
business and to earn profit from it.
3. Corporation – is owned by 5 persons but not more than 15 persons the
owners of a corporations are called shareholders and each of them own a
stock in the corporation. This is the most difficult form of business to
create because of the strict legalities involve.
Business organizations plays a vital role in our economy without businesses our
economy will collapse. Our economy relies on the businesses that are operating.
ECONOMIC ROLES OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATIONS:
1. Create job opportunities so that people will earn money and spend money.
2. The catalyst of various innovations that makes our lives and society
comfortable to live with.
3. Able to solve societal problems that we experience.
4. Creates various industries and markets.
5. It provides the avenue in exchanging goods and services.
6. Develops products and services that is needed by the society
7. Develops and strengthen the economy
8. Increase the collection of taxes of the government.
9. Develops products and services that is needed by the society.
