Fire Protection Policy Overview

Safy Fire Protection Policy
To minimize the effect of fire accident, save the injured peoples efficiently and
protect company’s property. So we set up the following policy. This policy should
be reviewed and updated once a year.

1、Commander System

We set up a fire fighting system leaded by factory director which included


safety directing team, company fire team & safety office.

Safety directing team has to monitor and check the every department is
working safe. Work with a unified command, if necessary, request the fire
department for support.

2、Principle of action

To minimize the loss and impact during the disaster, both rescue & life saving
have to implement synchronously.

4、Region

Each work shop define as a unit and also as a fire regional. Each process
supervisor has the responsibility to maintain the fire equipment and manage the
fire issue in their own area.

5、Emergency Respond Procedure

1) While fire, shout loudly: "fire! Fire!" And trigger the fire alarm or waggle the
siren.

2) The on-site staffs have to fight the fire immediately, inform fire team and
administration department and safety office department. (“Supporting Teams”)

3) The “Supporting Teams” have to give on-site support immediately, call 999 to
inform the police and fire department in need.

4) After call the police and fire department, make sure somebody wait outside the
factory and guide the fire engines.

5) The Supporting Teams have to arrange and organize the evacuation of the on-
site staff.

6) To prevent any electric shock, cut the power while fire. Cut the power before
fight if the electrical equipment catches fire.

7) Relocate the explosive material first if there is any in the fire area.

8) For the fire catching of any precision equipment or documentation, use carbon
dioxide type fire extinguisher. It will not cause damage.

9) We should use foam or power type fire extinguisher to fight the fire on oil or
liquid plastic. Don’t use water to fight.

10) We should wear respirator while fighting fire with the poison gas or material.

11) Lifesaving is the first priority during the rescue. Illegal command or risky operation
is not allow.

12) After first aid implementation of the injured people, send them to the hospital
immediately.

13) The “Supporting Teams” should always stay in their responsible position,
work with good organization and coordination. Update and record all the potential
problems and find out the best solution for preventative improvement.
