PRESENTATION, ANALYSIS AND INTERPRETATION OF DATA
This study determined the Effect of Anxiety and Depression on College Students:
Their Academic Performance This study shows the effect of anxiety in the study field of the
students. This study was conducted for determining and identifying the respective data that
will contribute to the success of our research project.

their academic performance. Most of the Respondents choose Yes which equals to 100 votes
that constitutes to 98.03%. While some respondents choose No which equals to 2 votes that
constitutes to 01.97%. This table shows that Most of the Respondents agreed that a college
student will have a negative total effect of anxiety on their academic performance

to 98 votes that constitutes to 96.07%. While some respondents choose No which equals to 4
votes that constitutes to 01 93%. This table shows that most od the respondents agreed that a
college student will have a negative total effect of depression their on academic performance.

Table 1.3: talks about the What are the effects of anxiety and depression in the students. Most
of the Respondents choose Social Problems which equals to 40 votes that constitutes to 39.21%
While some respondents choose Behavioural Problems which equals to 35 votes that
constitutes to 34.31%. Also some voted for Poor performance in school which equals to 12
votes that constitutes to 11.76%. Also some voted for Low self esteem which equals to 10 voted
that constitutes to 9.8%. Yet the least voted was poor self care practices which equals to 5
votes that constitutes to 4.9%. This table shows that Most of the Respondents agreed
depression and anxiety affects the student’s Social Problem.
