 Creating & Managing Portfolio Note:- Sufficient numbers of SC/ST/OBC and
 DIY-Personal FP with “two bucket” female candidates may please be nominated
strategy for the training programs.

Note:
Essential Requirements with Participants:
a) A computer or laptop devices connected to internet.
b) Please do NOT use mobile phone as it will not allow submission of mandatory training feedback at the
end of training sessions online through Webex.
c) Access to Wi-Fi or hotspot (2 GB data or more)
d) Cisco WebEx meetings (free version).
e) After confirmation from Academy, participants will be able to join the training sessions through their
office desktop / personal laptops by using the link that will be provided for joining the session.

Methodology:
1) Participants will receive a link for joining the training.
2) Each session will promptly begin and end at the appointed times.

3) Participants will be muted during training, except when called upon.


4) The session will remain interactive by raising hands after each session
5) Digital Course Completion certificate and course material will be sent to participants through
ONGC webmail after submission of feedback by participants. Link to fill up feedback form shall be
shared on last day of the program online only through Webex.

 This is an initiative by ONGC Academy to reach to employees and impart training and knowledge by
deploying technological tools available with all employees.
 Employees are requested to register directly for the program with intimation to their controlling officer
as well as in-charge HRD / training of their concerned location
