An advertising manager wonders why this year’s existing advertising strategies aren’t as effective as last
years. Thus, he asked his team to do some research in order to generate a body of knowledge to
comprehend
how certain problems that occurred can be solved in the future. Which research attitude is triggered?

best help customers/ clients in this crisis. So, research is needed so businesses know how to work during
this time with anticipated decrease to their revenues, market operations, annual marketing budget, and
with the prediction that their company goals will be harder to reach. Which research attitude is triggered?

A manager believes that good supervision and resource provision would increase the production level of
the workers more than training. But Employees must have the desire to work in order to be fully

consumer might be interested in for his general understanding in what can be the upcoming/prospect

One of the biggest challenges faced by companies is the retention of employees. Studies undertaken in the
area indicate that the high turnover rate is motivated by non-alignment of employees’ interests with
company objectives. The author focused on identifying which factors related to the employees and which
factors related to the companies are determinant to retain employees and reduce the rate of turnover. To
answer this question, a survey was conducted with a sample of 264 people, between employees and
employers. The results showed that age, gender, and marital status are not important for the employees’
retention and that the promotion of training, opportunities for advancement, salaries, and fair benefits are
more valued, as well as the employee’s interest in growing professionally. Based on the outcome of the
