A Guide about finding your true self
Hi! I am so exited for you to dive in. First, Let me tell you a bit more about this
guide and some general tips to apply as you go through it.
As the title says the objective is to help you find your true self. But what does
that even mean? It simply means that it will help you know who you are right
now while building a clear vision of the life you want to live and the person
you want to be.
With social media there is so much false informations going to our brain that it
can be hard to know what you actually like and desire. That’s why it’s
important to silence all this noise and let your inner voice shine through (this
guide will help you do that).
As you complete this handbook I want you to be as honest as possible with
yourself and let go of any expectations you have toward yourself of the things
you’re supposed to like and just write what comes to your heart.
I also want you to remember that the person you were or are right now, the
person your friends and your family knows can change and grow. Think big, it
can feel uncomfortable at first to express your dream life, but don’t censure
yourself and keep in mind that you are worthy of everything you desire.
You don’t need to do it all at once, take your time to really dig deeper inside
yourself and reflect on the prompts.

1 - reconnect to yourself
In order to live more authentically, it’s important for you to know what you stand for and who
you are. That way, you will know when you are not being true to yourself and you will be
able to reconnect to your own energy and self.

2- What are 3 things that makes me happy, why they make me happy?
3- How would I describe myself?
4- What are my 5 most important values?
5- What makes me exited to wake up?
6- What are my fears?
7- What’s draining my energy?
8- What’s giving me energy?
9- Who do I like to spend time with
2 - Reflect pt.1 (on yourself)
By reflecting on yourself and your life you will be able to see more clearly what makes you
feel good vs not good. It will be easier for you to determine what areas of your life needs
improvement in order for you to feel fulfilled.

2- Do I feel like I am doing my best, why?
3- Where can I improve?
4- Why is it important for me to improve in the above aspect, what will it bring
me?
5- What needs healing?
3 - Reflect pt.2 (on your life)

4- How does it make me feel?
5- What makes me feel at my best during the day?
6- What doesn’t make me feel good?

4 - Dream big
Here’s the part where it’s absolutely crucial to not censure yourself. No dream is too big to
become a reality. Knowing what’s your ultimate most perfect life will send a message to the
unconscious part of your brain. It will then impact your actions and bring you closer to that
life.

5 - Visualize
Visualization isn’t just imagining yourself in the future. For it to be truly efficient you need to
feel the emotion it would bring you if you were actually there in your life. (Would you feel
happy, at peace, calm, energetic, successful…). With visualization you will find clarity,
because you will be able to see yourself in the future and therefor have a better idea of how
to get there.

6 - Let go
Last but not least, let go of what doesn’t serve you anymore. It might have been helpful in the
past, but that doesn’t mean it will be helpful for your future. You can’t keep using the same
keys and expect new doors to open. (Pro tip: write all the habits and the beliefs you want to
let go of and burn the paper)
