A Ground to 14th Floor
1 Tile Flooring

Labour charge for fixing of tiles of approved size, quality, type &
colour as per the approved sample in flooring at all leves (conforming
to IS 15622 & 13630 and ITP) in approved pattern as per
Architectural designs in true line and level to required slope over
average bedding 20-25mm thick of mechanically mixed cement
mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 sand) floated with neat cement slurry / paste
(3.3 kg/sqm) including fixing of 2mm thick spacers on joints and
chamfering of tiles wherever required. Surface preparation, hacking
,curing, cleaning and covering by approved protective sheet i.e
bubble guard or equivalent PVC sheets etc. Work to be executed and
accepted as per specifications, methodology, drawings and as
1.1 directed by Engineer In Charge. No hollowness will be permitted for Sqm. 230
tile flooring work.
Rate to include using diamond drill bit cutter for drilling holes in tiles,
round cutter for plumbing points cutting.
Location : At all location like drawing / dining, kitchen, balcony, toilet,
entrance lobby, lift lobby etc. Tiles, cement, sand, spacer, protection
material, cleaning cloth/dhoti, water, electricity will be provided free of
cost.
Material will be available within / near project area. Material loading &
unloading will be done by vendor.
Allowable wastage : Cement – 3%, Tiles – (5%+5%), sand – 10%
Same as above item but for 75/100 mm high skirting over 15 mm
thk. C.M. 1:4 backing or using approved adhesive or using cement
1.2 paste (3.3Kg/sqm) finish complete to the satisfaction of the Project Sqm. 360
manager. Location : same as above. To be fixed wall mounted.
2 Tile in Dado
Labour charge for fixing tiles of approved size, quality, type & colour
as per the approved sample in dado at all levels (conforming to IS
15622 & 13630 and ITP) in approved pattern as per Architectural
designs in true line & level as shown in drawing or as directed by the
Engineer-in-charge. At RCC shear wall / concrete portion hacking is
to be done by tile contractor before laying backing plaster. Tiles to be
fixed by adhesive with notch trowel or cement mortar backing plaster
1:4 (1 Cement:4 Sand) of thickness 12-15 mm & with neat cement
(3.3kg/sqm). Surface prepration, Curing, cleaning. complete all as
per specifications, methodology, drawings and as directed by
Engineer In Charge. Work to be executed and accepted as per
2 specifications, methodology, drawings and as directed by Engineer In Sqm. 301
Charge. No hollowness will be permited for tile dado work.
