Enrollment Extension Request Letter

The Supreme Student Council of Central Mindanao University requests a one-week enrollment extension from University President Jesus Antonio G. Derije. Many students are having difficulties accessing the online enrollment portal due to damage caused by Typhoon Odette and ongoing technical issues with the portal crashing. Sir: Salutation

Greetings of Peace!

Due to unforeseen circumstances and technical challenges faced by the students in the online
enrollment situation, the Supreme Student Council, on behalf of the student body, would like
to humbly ask for a 1-week enrollment extension to give everyone sufficient time to process
their enrollment.

Typhoon Odette, as we are all well aware, has had a major impact on many students especially
because it caused serious destruction on internet cable wires of different internet providers.
For that reason, some of us are having a hard time accessing the enrollment portal,
considering that it needs to be processed online. In addition to that, we are also experiencing
technical issues with the portal as it keeps on crashing when we try to access it, making it
impossible for us to meet the set deadline of enrollment this coming February 20, 2022.
Body
As an academic institution that not only nurtures students to be academically competent but
also understands the challenges they face during this time of online learning, granting this
request would be extremely helpful to them.

We are hoping for your positive response about this matter.

Thank you and Godspeed!

Respectfully yours, Complimentary Close
