ABOUT OPTIMIZING ENERGY
1. Releases your stress
Optimizing our energy can release stress which can improve
your performance on different things and can improve our
focus in different matters like onlice classes because you
have enough energy to go on with our day which means you
can be productive and get things done very easily without a
problem. It can boost up your confidence, and having the
confidence to do things gives advantages to our life because
you are not being afraid of what's going to happen and
instead you are living your life like you want, instead of
thinking you are being free. This can also help you stay
positive in life, and staying positive in life can give benefits
to your body because you're not being too hard with
yourself. This can improve our focus in different matters
like onlice classes because you have enough energy to go on
with our day which means you can be productive and get
things done very easily without a problem.
2. Helps you grow as a person
Releasing our stress means we can reflect about our
actions. Reflecting is a good thing because we are thinking
of what went wrong and we can assess ourselves about our
ways of studying or what makes us stressful. This means
we can solve those problems which can help us grow as
person but also help us optimize our energy.
3. Exercising daily
Since we are in pandemic, our routines have been the same
and has not change. This can add to our stress as person
because we are being frustrated about how can we not do
the things we used to do, our everyday became repetitive
which make us lazy to even do things. Exercising daily can
help us optimize our energy because it can release our
stress and we are not thinking of other things but is only
focused on exercising.
2. How do you relate the optimizing energy to our
activity?
- Every time we have a class on HOPE, there's always a
short time given to dance zumba with our cameras open to
optimize our energy or wake our sleeping cells. Even tho
it's a short amount of time, it can actually relieve our
stress about the frustrating activities on due because
dancing gives us energy and instead of being tired during
classes, the zumba dance helps us focus because we
awake, we are full of energy to continue listening. I also
eat during classes which helps me focus because I have a
full stomach, not eating anything can tire us very easily
and tend to get distracted in our surroundings

physical activity? What are the plan of action to
overcome these barriers?
- I think the first barrier would be time, because I have a
lot of things to get done like finishing some tasks, doing
house chores and I have class every day. I also tend to
forget what I have to do because I don't organize what I
need to do or my time. In order to overcome this, I think I
need to plan my day out, I need to be discipline and
responsible about my time so I can do more things than
what I actually do on normal days.
The 2nd barrier would be the lack of energy, just like
what I said in my first barrier, I have a lot of things to do
which can take an enormous amount of my energy, I can
finish those things but in the end I would only get tired. In
order to overcome this barrier I need to plan the things I
need to do and organize them or be productive and do it
early instead of waiting for the due date.
