Future Perfect
We use the future perfect tense to refer to continuing events or actions that will be
finished at a specific period of time in the future:
- By the time you arrive, I will have taken the test.
- They will have finished the work by end of the month.
- At the end of the class, she will have taught English for three hours.
- You will have gone to work for 10 minutes when the sun rises.
Future perfect continuous
We use the perfect continuous tense to refer to continuing events or a actions that
will have been finished at a specific time in the future:
- When you come at 10, I will have been taking the test for an hour.
- Tomorrow at eight, we will have been sleeping for 10 hours.
- When the snow stops, I will have been playing for two hours.
