Dear Participant:

We welcome you to the Training Course on ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management
System Requirements and Documentation!

In view of this, we are pleased to provide you the following information that will guide you
during the activity.


REGISTRATION

The Registration shall start at 8:00 AM on 11 July 2018.


PROGRAM MATERIALS

Upon registration, you will be given the training kit which includes:

• Nametags (to be worn throughout the program)
• Training Guide
• Training Handouts
• Copy of ISO 9001:2015 QMS Standard


DURATION

The course shall be conducted from 11-13 July 2018 at 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.


ATTENDANCE

Your attendance during the course is compulsory. You are strongly discouraged to make any
prior arrangement/meeting or hold other business during the official hours of the course.
Attendance will be monitored daily, specifically before the start of the morning and afternoon
session.


CERTIFICATE

Certificate requirements are as follows:

Certificate of Completion
• At least 90% attendance
• Full participation in activities
• Submission of outputs

Certificate of Participation
• Below 90% attendance
• Full participation in activities
• Submission of outputs

MEALS

Meals and snacks shall be provided during the course. Morning/afternoon snacks will be served
at the designated time. If you have dietary restrictions, please advise or inform the DEPED
Secretariat prior to the course so that necessary arrangements could be made.

PUNCTUALITY

You are enjoined to observe punctuality at all times. It is advised that you are inside the venue
at least five (5) minutes before the start of the session.


COURTESY AND DISCIPLINE

You are expected to observe proper decorum at all times. Courtesy is expected in dealing with
co-participants, resource speaker/facilitators, activity staff and support staff. You are enjoined
to tone down the volume of your mobile phones to avoid distraction.

T R A I N I N G G U I D E

DESCRIPTION:

The course will provide in-depth discussion on the principles and standards of ISO 9001:2015
as well as how to establish, document and implement DEPED QMS that is certifiable to ISO
9001:2015. Thus, documentation templates, specific guidelines and important documentation
tips will be substantially provided to help easily facilitate the documentation and
implementation of the DEPED QMS.

OBJECTIVES:

The course aims to enable participants to:

• Discuss the ISO 9001:2015 concepts, principles, and requirements;
• Identify steps necessary to document the DEPED QMS; and,
• Distinguish a responsive documentation suitable for the DEPED.
