These are made up of bare or tin plated copper wires.
Different lines of bunchers and braiding machines with
different number of carriers (24/36/48) are used. Maximum
flexibility and an optimal finishing is guaranteed.

FLEXIBLE FLAT COPPER BRAIDS

Flexible copper braids consist of wires with stronger wire-Ø of 0.16 and 0.20 resp.
Used for all applications which do not have special demands to the flexibility of the braids

FLEXIBLE PVC EXTRUDED FLAT COPPER BRAID

These braids are made up of annealed uncoated copper wires and

are insulated by a black high quality vinyl compound. This compound
is hardly inflammable.

The technical characteristics of the insulation material combines with

the flexibility of the braids offers multifarious applications inside
switch gears or contol panel devices as well as earthing connections.

TUBULAR COPPPER BRAIDS

These braids are used to protect cables and electrical conductors against interferences and to realise
a safe data transfer. It is easy to mount the braid on the cable provided.

ROUND STRANDED CONDUCTORS

Flexible round stranded copper cables are manufactured

from wires with a diameter of 0.3 mm. They can be used
for all applications which do not have special demands to
a high flexibility.
So they are well suited for longer connections which
require certain demands to the mechanical stability.

ROUND STRANDED CONDUCTORS WITH OVERALL COPPER BRAID

For applications which require special demands to the mechanical stability, we deliver our round
stranded cables with overall copper braids. The overall braids prevent a twisting of the cables and
keep it together.
So this material is well suited for connections which have to realize movements.
Because of the overall braids the effective cross-section is higher than the nominal value.
