DERIV BROKER KILLER.

@dr.Ivyson
DEDICATION
• This PDF is dedicated to all traders who are struggling with understanding the
basics of BOOM & CRASH, volatility indexes . Each of you in your own unique
way will grasp the insight and guidance of this pdf.

• It will help you to nd yourself in the trading sector, with this pdf you will eventually
feel con dent , disciplined and consistent.

• The main goal of this pdf is to make sure that you understand the following
subjects.
fi
fi

WHAT IS BOOM & CRASH

• BOOM and CRASH are indices that are currently available on deriv.com
platform only.

• They include Boom 500 , Boom 1000 , Crash 500 & Crash 1000.

• Boom indices has like a default sell circle , which means that regardless of the
trend or market structure, the default characteristics of Boom is BUY

• Crash indices are always on the sell circle but buy at intervals depending on
the analysis

BEFORE & AFTER OF BOOM 500 index .

BOOM 500
• B500 is half as volatility as Boom 1000 according to my calculations and
experience.

• B500 plays in the sell cycle , meaning that it’s sells can be much stronger if the
market structure is on a downside, especially on M30 and H1.

• Goo knowledge of risk management is the rst step to trade B500 successfully

• For Boom 500 index , I usually suggest a risk to reward ratio of 1 : 3 , for every $10
you risk , you must at least expect $30.

• It’s surely a way of growing small accounts. $10 to $30 on a single trade is very
possible.

fi

Boom 500
BOOM 500 is the quicker way to grow your
small account at a short period of time ,
although it’s very important to not abandon all
the forex factors. That includes trend lines ,
support and resistance, supply and demand
zones and forex chart patterns.
2 trades that were taken on BOOM 500.

- this is strictly BMM strategy and it’ll be extrapolated at the end

Great ENTRY and exit levels
• Since we are dealing with investopedias , it’s very important to remind that
con dence is key and there are no manipulations , yess the market can’t always go
your way but you need to trust what you see and respect the knowledge you’ve
acquired throughout your journey.

• A supply zone is a good entry point for a sell and a demand zone is a good entry
point for buying (especially on BOOM 1000 & BOOM 500)

• Support and Resistance are not fully respected on the zones but they’re a good
entry point

• NB : if your demand zone is a good entry point for a buy , the a supply zone is
de nitely a good exit point. Makes sense right?.
fi
fi

CRASH 500
Crash 500 index

• Crash 500 index is the index that tracks the level of volatility that exists within
options on the individual S&P 500 indice.

• Crash 500 is said to be not really volatile but the truth is that it’s much volatile
than crash 1000 , According to my trading experience.

• Crash 500 is very strong on buys due to its relationship with S&P 500. I can say
that fundamentals affect it too but indirectly. The crash 500 can’t be manipulated
at all and even the deriv.com broker itself can’t manipulate any of its movements.

• To trade C500 , you must at least have $30 in your trading account and which
allows you to open less than 5 orders…

THINGS THAT DELAY A

REVERSAL OR SPIKES
• The market has a way of indicating the current
positive direction.

• If your analysis shows that the market will buy

& you start getting small rejections on prices
to your direction , then that’s an indication that
the market is still continuing with its current
movement.

• Baby spikes will always be right , they’re an

indication that the market is still strong with its
movement at that current moment.

• Baby spikes on BOOM pairs indicate that the

bears are still strong.

• Baby spikes on Crash pairs indicate that the

bulls are still strong.
SPIKE DELAYERS
BOOM & CRASH
PATTERNS.
• As we all know that price action is de ned
by its chart patterns

• BOOM and CRASH does respect a few of

our forex chart patterns

• These patterns are mostly visible to show

continuation or reversal.

• As a trader , it’s very important to visit the

charts consistently to detect which chart
patterns behave well and which chart
patterns are not respected most of the time.

• The patterns include : Wedges , Channels ,

Flags , pennants, double tops and double
bottoms.
fi
Falling wedge on BOOM 1000🔥

BOOM 1000 was on a bullish momentum, so understanding that we on an uptrend and seeing a
continuation pattern makes it more easier to enter with con dence.
fi
Ascending channel on CRASH 1000🔥

Channels on these pairs are mostly the signal that the market was accumulating for a drop to the downside.

The most important thing on BOOM & CRASH is to wait for a full breakout!
BMM STRATEGY 💎

• BMM STRATEGY (BUHLE MPHO MAKHOBOKOANA) strategy.

• BMM strategy consists of supply and demand and a trend line that de nes it.

BMM STRATEGY
BMM STRATEGY
DEMAND ZONE = BUY

Demand zone is where all the big buyers have placed

orders and it’s a price area below the current price
action where there is a strong buying interest.

Since we are trading investopedias, we can’t say it’s

where banks buy , but in simple terms , it’s just a zone
where big buyers look for buying opportunities, with a
high risk appetite.
BMM STRATEGY
SUPPLY ZONE

The supply zone is where all the big sellers are

located , it’s a zone where big investors look for
selling opportunities with a high risk appetite .
HOW TO FIND SUPPLY AND DEMAND ZONES

• Look at the chart and try to spot successive large successive candles. It is
important that price moves a lot

• Establish the base from which price started the quick move.

• Most of the time , before a large move you have a small sideways move that is
where your supply or demand zone is

• Happy Supply and Demand trading

DEMAND ZONE ON BMM

BOOM 1000 index created small moves before
it shots to the upside , looking at our past
moves , we saw that we have a demand zone
because that’s where we got our big moves.

NB : the trend line de nes BMM as a whole

fi
Boom 1000 respects DEMAND ZONE.
MINOR DEMAND ZONES
ON BMM
• BOOM 500 index gave a big move on the
middle zone , which triggers big buyers into
placing orders on the same zone.

• Take note : Boom 500 respected the BMM

strategy because it reversed on the supply
zone and went to the major demand zone
below and then shot up , and it let to it
breaking out of our BMM trendline.

• Take note : Before we get an a big move ,

we must at least get a small move.

• Check the next page

FROM THE PREVIOUS PAGE , you see that boom 500 played out very
well and pushed till our supply
BMM IN ACTION
BOOM 1000

1. We had a supply zone and demand zone

2. We had a trendline that must be broken

before we act.

3. Once the trendline was broken , we

waited for a retest and entered.

4. Patience

Crash 300 index respected BMM and it headed to our demand as supposed
to . When it gets to our demand, we look for buying opportunities
BMM STRATEGY TIPS

• On BOOM 1000 , BOOM 500 , BOOM 300 ; we only looking for buying
opportunities, we don’t take sells (WHY : Because 1 spike can take out a 30
minutes trade out.

• On BOOM pairs , we only buy on a demand zone and only when the market is
on an uptrend.

• BOOM 1000 spikes mostly after 45 ticks after a huge drop.

• Time intervals for BOOM pairs is mostly around 17:15 , 17:45 , etc for every
hour.

BOOM pairs
On BOOM pairs we only looking for buying
opportunities and buying opportunities are
available on a BULLISH market

We enter buys before the market drops below

our last higher low.
BOOM pairs.
According to technical analysis :

Once the market drops below our last higher low ,

we start looking for sells on that particular market.

We stop buying boom pairs once our higher lows

are violated.

BMM tips
- ALWAYS cater for your supply and demand.

- ALWAYS have a trendline to keep track of the direction of

the market.

- DONT ignore spike delayers at any point unless a spike

comes after.

- DONT hold till the supply or demand, after a spike close

and wait for another opportunity on the same analysis
BMM blocks
• ON supply zone , we look for heavy selling
opportunities , but what happens if the market
does not give us sells?

• That simply means that we must expect heavy

buying opportunities to the upside

• The market always goes 2 ways only , it’s

either we buy or sell.

• But for we have such patterns to alert you

know if the Market is buying or selling.

• Bullish Breaker Block is mostly played out on

our BOOM pairs.

• On Crash pairs , it indicates that the sellers are

not yet in charge.
BMM blocks
• Bearish Breaker Block.

• As explained in the previous page , we can

take this as a continuation pattern to the
downside.

• Take note , the market has to break the

demand zone before we can even consider
our sells and we enter only on a retest on
the same demand zone.

• We need to wait for a con rmation that the

market retested and now looking for selling
opportunities

• This is mostly played out on Crash pairs.

• HELLO INVESTOR. Thank you so much for
taking your time to read this pdf. I pray and
hope that you will read this PDF 20 times
as you keep on practicing. I know you’ve
been seeking for something to keep you up
and give you hope in your trading journey. I
Buhle Mpho Makhobokoana will forever
appreciate you for trying and for not giving
up. It’s been a tough journey for me and I
wouldn’t have done it without you because
you’ve always looked up to me and you
trusted me with the knowledge I’ve
gathered for the past years . One thing that
can make us all pro table is discipline.
fi
• Kindly don’t forget to always stick to the
strategy , regardless of the losses and the
outcomes.

• Don’t forget , SUPPLY AND DEMAND

• DONT forget, trendline between your

SUPPLY AND DEMAND

• DONT forget , wait for your break out and

con rmations

• Don’t ignore your spike delayers

• Don’t forget to be patient

fi
Patience
• Patience plays a major role when it comes
to BOOM & CRASH.

• Trust your analysis at all times and learn

from it.

• Just because you had a bad trading day , it

doesn’t make the strategy bad.

• On your Good days , don’t be afraid to take

100 trades a day.

• On your bad days , don’t feel left behind.

Trading Plan
• DAILY target is very important. My target is $140 a day , that’s equals to $4200 a
month , that’s like R62000 in South Africa.

• Start small , keep your progress and track your journey.

• Journal your trades and set rules.

• Avoid FOMO at all times , don’t trade because you saw me posting $1000 pro ts a
day. Our journeys will never be the same. If you made your daily target don’t take
trades anymore.

• If you can discipline yourself for 1 month , calculate how much will you make if you
discipline yourself for 6 months.
