Pinchas/Phineas 2011 Numbers 25:10 29: 40.

This Parsha follows last weeks testing of Israel by YHVH to see whether they would reject Him and embrace the Idol/gods of Moab or not. To gain better understanding we need to visit the beginning of the chapter. Numbers 25: 1.
I.

And Israel abode in Shittim, and the people began to commit whoredom with the daughters of Moab.

Vayeshev Yisra'el baShitim vayachel ha'am liznot el-benot Moav. I prefer to break the sentence down in Hebrew first: Abode, #3427, yashab, to dwell, inhabit, cohabitate as in marriage. The two-letter root stem Shin-Bet, Shuv, means to return, but it also can mean to go into exile. The Yod prefixed means I will. Thus, (because of my rebellion) I will go into exile! Shittim, #7851, Shittiym, translated as Acacia (wood). From this particular wood the Ark of the Covenant, table for the Shew-bread, and much of the interior walls of the Tabernacle were made. The 2-letter root, Shin-Tet, #7846, means a defection, revolt, one who deviates, an apostate! The YodMem suffix indicates the plural form, but also spells Yom, the Hebrew word for sea, waters. Thus, the bitter waters of apostasy or rebellion drank by the harlot. If we drop the Yod in Shittiym, it becomes # 7853, satam, to hate, to bear a grudge. The root Shin-Tet now has the Mem attached it has conceived! The word which follows #7853, Satan, has the same root, only with the NUN life on the end. It has given birth!

Since this wood material is used to build the Ark, Shew-bread Table and the Tabernacle, (each of which represents Adam & his body and Eves body respectively) then is it possible an inference to harlotry with the Serpent Seed and the Fallen Ones who represent him which, just like Adam and Eve caused Israel open their wombs in order to allow the Watchers to cross the barrier of the flesh? Yahshua comes in the flesh to restore Adam and Eve to life! This is first openly declared in Gen. 3:15 and from that point, the Fallen Ones attempt to counterfeit the coming Messiah! They will again appear as our benefactors, those who Created us in the not too distant future! Interestingly, the word Shittim is often seen with the word Wood - #6086, ` ets, tree, timber, wood, a tree or bone! Remember the DNA or blood is formed in the marrow of the bones. The gematria of ETZ = Ayin 70, Tzade 90 = 160, the same as the root of naphal, to fall, be slain, fallen, to be giant! It is the root of Nephilim - The Fallen Ones. Israel compromises themselves with the gods/Bones/DNA of the Pagan Fallen Ones! The term Nephilim, can mean, those causing others to fall and Abraham Ibn Ezra says they were called this because mens hearts would fail at the sight of them exactly what is said in Lk. 21: 26!! Here it talks of the powers of heaven shaken the Stars who fall Rev. 12. This same pattern is seen in Joshua 3: 15 17, where Israel enters into the JORDAN GATEWAY placing the ARK there to intentionally block the entrance. They proceed to eradicate the Giant offspring in the land. *Note vs. 16: That the waters which came down from above stood [and] rose up upon an heap very far from the city Adam, that [is] beside Zaretan: and those that came down toward the sea of the plain, [even] the salt sea, failed, [and] were cut off: and the people passed over right against Jericho. Waters, #4325, mayim, waters, but it can also infer seminal fluid seed. Which came down, #3381, yarad, to descend, flow down, the exact same root as Jordan Yarden!

 Stood, #5975, ` amad, a verb meaning to rise up, to take ones stand it has the sense of ceasing (as in bearing children), it can also mean to quake violently. Although specifically on the Pashat level this is speaking of the waters of the Jordan River, on the Sod level, it is referring to the Seed of the Watchers standing in fear, knowing that their end is near! Later were told those waters failed and were cut off! In Aramaic culture the term Nephila specifically referred to the constellation of ORION. Orion is one of 3 decans in the House of Taurus the Bull, the former god of Egypt. The ancients pictured Orion as a warrior-prince with his feet astride of the River Eridanus (Yiyr danus, Yardan, Jordan) the river of judgment. Exactly where Israel was located at this encounter and the place where they cross over THE GATEWAY that lead to the destruction of the Giants in Canaan! In the texts of Ugarit it is said there were 70 Sons of God Fallen Ones, each one represented in the Pagan deity of a particular people such as CHEMOS OF MOAB! By design there are 9 words in Numbs. 25:1. Nine is the number representing the cutting off or end of mans plans! It was because of the above that YHVH cut Man from off the earth in Gen. 6 and He cuts Israel off for this same sin! Began, #2490, chalal, to pierce, to play the pipe (The Man leading the Water Libation ceremony at Tabernacles plays the flute and is known at the Pierced One. This word also means to profane and represents a woman found in a state of defilement by having her virginity pierced. It can also mean to begin, the beginning. It is first seen in Gen. 4: 26, where men began to call Chalal profane sexually - upon the Name of YHVH! There is a connection here to Is. 53:5 and the wounding/piercing/Chalal of Messiah who came in the NAME OF YHVH! Whoredoms, #2181, zanah, harlot. *Note the Zayin connecting us to Seed Zera (Gen. 1:11) the first occurrence of Zayin. The Nun Hey #5089, noah, refers to something eminent, standing

above others in quality or position. As a masc. noun it can mean a wailing or lament bewailing calamity or judgment. The first occurrence of the Bride playing the harlot with the Seed of the Serpent stands out as a bewailing of great calamity! Here it is repeated again! The actions of Israel here in Numbers 25, stands in stark contrast to those of Joshua where Israel passes the test and in obedience to YHVH destroy the enemy! Phinehas Arrives! We see that a son of Israel (from Simeon) brings his Midianite woman to the Tabernacle door, flaunting his rebellion in the Face of YHVH and Moshe! A plague runs amok in the camp until Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, plunges a javelin into the bodies of both, the woman through the BELLY, pinning them to the ground. Phinehas, #6372, Piynchac, Strongs has it; Mouth of Brass. However, we need to delve further. It is a compound of #6310, Peh, mouth & #5175, nachash, serpent, from #5172, nakhash, to practice divination, observe signs, and learn by experience, (hearing from an oracle). The gematria of Phinehas is: Pey-80, Yod-10, Nun-50, Chet-8, Samech-60 = 208, the same as the Hebrew phrase, Lechem
II.

Oni, bread of affliction. This bread, like the bitter waters, when eaten by those who murmur and complain, exposes the SEED within them and causes the flesh to be judged! The word Oni is cognate with #205, and connected with Ben-son, the name given to Rachaels son Benjamin by her. The word literally means, trouble, sorrow, evil, emptiness, vanity. As a metaphor it is used to signify the futility of worshiping an idol. Thus, Rachael is speaking of her worship of the house gods of Laban that she stole and how Jacobs prophecy of death to those with whom the gods are found resulted in her death while birthing this son. Jacob changes his name from Son of My Sorrow to Son of the Right hand. He becomes a picture of the Redemption of the Bride!

Back to Phinehas Added thus, the name could infer mouth of the oracle (Oracle is also translated, dabar-word) which is exactly what the Signs of YHVH do, they speak on behalf of Him. Abarim says another word more related to the name may be the verb #6437, pana to turn, (the plural form is Paniym the word for Face) add to it the meaning of the two-letter root, the conjunction, #6435, pen, meaning, lest, so that, not, to indicate the prevention of a possible event and the latter part of the word, nachash, serpent from #2620, to seek, to take refuge, to hide. This definition infers, to turn so that the serpent has no refuge! Both definitions fit Pinchas!! The Mouth of the Oracle/Word whose face turns so that the serpent has no refuge!! Remember the harlots judgment required her belly to rot out. Numbs. 5. Look at the word javelin, #7420, romah, a sharp, spear-like instrument. *Note the cognate words: #7419, ramut, a fem. noun indicating the remains of a rotting corpse. #7423, remiyyah, a fem. noun for deceit, treachery, fault. Thus, according to Numbers 5, the thigh and belly of the whore is to rot out, here, a javelin of rot is thrust through two individuals! The next verse declares she is thrust through her belly, #6897, qobah, closely related to #6895, qabab, curse, the word used when Balak asks Balaam to curse Israel. Another interesting word, #6898, qubbah, a fem. noun meaning a large tent and is used in this same sentence as the place where Phinehas finds them. How ironic that the womb/belly is also considered a Tent! As is the Tabernacle! Remember the prophecy to Miriam (Mary) the mother of Yahshua? Lk. 2: 34,35. Simeon (remember the above) tells her a sword, #4501, Gk. rhomphaia, a Thracian javelin, shall pierce through your soul, #5590, Gk. psuche, soul, mind, (womb where seed of word falls). Phinehas & Messiah.

III.

Numbers 25:11 Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy.

 Has turned away my wrath, (#2534, chemah, wrath, anger, used to denote the cup of wrath, from #3179, yacham, to be hot, conceive). [Remember, the Adulterous Bride when exonerated, conceives seed] from the Children of Israel, while he was zealous (#7065, qana, jealous, angry) for my sake, (#7068, qinah, jealous disposition of a husband, lover) among them, that I consumed, (#3615, kalah, to accomplish, bring to completion, cognate with Kallah, the word for Bride) not the children of Israel in my jealousy it was the jealousy of the husband that brought that unfaithful wife before the Priest for judgment! Phinehas turned that curse away! The Aleph-Tav can be seen in 3 different places in this verse: ET hachemati (ET My anger) ET qineti (ET My vengeance) ET beni (ET the Children).
