MINUTES OF THE HOMEROOM PTA MEETING LAST JULY 4, 2015


AT ROOM 1 OF ABS-CBN BUILDING WITH MR. ARNULFO B. MENDIOLA,
PRESIDING

1. The meeting started at 8:45 A.M.

2. ____ out of ____ parents were present during the meeting. (See attached Attendance
Sheet).

3. Mr. Arnulfo B. Mendiola, Grade 10-Damselfish Adviser, led the prayer. He also conducted
the singing of the Philippine National Anthem and gave his words of welcome to the
participants. The agenda of the meeting were also presented:
a. School Policy
b. Election of HPTA Officers
c. Other Matters

4. On School Policy, Mr. Mendiola presented the rules and regulations of the school. He
emphasized on the attendance of the students during flag ceremony, wearing of the
complete school uniform, proper haircut for boys and presented the grading system. He
also encouraged the parents to support their children and monitor their performance
regularly especially during the card day.

5. The elected HPTA officers of Grade 10-Damselfish for the School Year 2015 – 2016 are
the following:
President : Mrs. Raquel Rosal
Vice-President : Mrs. Remedios Antigua
Secretary : Mrs. Cynthia Casane
Treasurer : Mrs. Alicia Bioc
Auditor : Mrs. Leonor Suganob
P.I.O. : Mrs. Nelia Celedonio
Business Manager : Mrs. Mercy Serato
Mrs. Marcelina Berido

6. Mrs. Raquel Rosal presented the homeroom project which is the concreting of the canal
near the building and painting of the division of the room near the CR. The body agreed to
contribute an amount to finish the project by the first week of August. She requested Mr.
Mendiola to inform the students with regards to the amount of the contribution after having
the estimate of the project. Mrs. Casane pledged for 4 sacks cement. She also gave
permission to Mr. Mendiola to receive any contribution for the project which will then be
remitted to the treasurer.
