TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN:

This is to certify that this Office has not issued any “Cutting Permit” and
“Certificate of Tree Plantation Registration” within the property of Mr. Nelyn Sarao
Imbo, located at Purok 5, Barangay Poblacion, Maigo, Lanao del Norte.

In addition to the foregoing, based on records, this Office received no application


of both “Cutting Permit” and “Certificate of Tree Plantation Registration” from any of
the residents of Barangay Poblacion, Maigo, Lanao del Norte.
