For nonfootwear items, you may use the return shipping method of your choice, at your own expense. Please ship your return to:

via [email protected] to receive specific instructions and address information. Field equipment returned to the wrong location will incur a 15% restocking
fee.
Please include a copy of your invoice with the return so that we can properly credit your account.  If you no longer have your invoice or if the back of your invoice is

Please provide all information requested in the return form, including all relevant order and contact information including a daytime phone number. It’ll make the
process run like clockwork and life better for the team that processes these.
In some cases, your package may contain a pre-paid Return Service (RS) label. We can also e-mail you one. The RS label is for domestic United States use only. If you
use the RS label, we will deduct $5.95 from your merchandise credit.
We do not refund return shipping costs. However, where an error was made on our part, we will e-mail you a return label to be used at no cost to you.

30-Day Wear Test On All Footwear
We know every foot is unique, and you and us both want to find the perfect match. That’s why we go above and beyond other retailers with our 30-Day Wear Test on
all footwear to make certain you can shop with the confidence of Cristiano Ronaldo standing over a free kick.
Once you receive your new shoes from SOCCER.COM, the fun starts. Go ahead, lace them up or slip them on, wear test them outside, test them however you want,
play in them at training and in a match. Go where you go and do what you do with your new shoes.
If at any time during the 30 days after your shoes arrive you are not completely satisfied with the fit, feel, performance, look or anything else, we will take them back —
no questions asked. You don’t need to justify it to us, though your feedback is helpful, just ship them back and we’ll get your refund processed. We’ll cover the
shipping, too. Grab that pre-paid return label from the package, affix it and we’ll fix it. More on that below.
EXCLUSIONS: Mystery Grab Bag Footwear and customized footwear items are EXCLUDED from this policy. ALL SALES ARE FINAL FOR MYSTERY GRAB
BAG FOOTWEAR AND CUSTOMIZED FOOTWEAR. This policy applies only to footwear, it does not apply to any other product. All products other than footwear
must be returned in new, unused condition.
To receive free return shipping, you must use the pre-paid label that was included in your shipment. You’re going to want to hang on to that. Free return shipping
applies to all shoes shipped to the contiguous United States, but excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, AFO/FPO and international addresses.
Return Policy
Hey, sometimes it happens; You order something that you think will be perfect, and when it arrives, it’s not quite like you envisioned. Let’s not dwell on that, though.
Let’s get your item returned and find something that fits you better.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the quality or fit of any merchandise you receive, we will gladly refund your payment in full, less shipping and
handling charges, so long as you return the item within 30 days of our delivery. We want your purchase to inspire a grin, never a grimace.
We’ve designed our return policy so you can shop with complete confidence. Here’s how it works:
For all shoes, see our no-hassle footwear returns policy below. Go ahead and head to that third section and save yourself some time here.
For everything else (with a few exceptions), we accept returns on items in their complete, original condition and packaging (to spell it out: unused, brand new, unworn,
unlaundered and unembellished).
Now here’s where the few exceptions come into play. 
Items that are purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set. They belong together, after all. (For example, if you purchase a warm-up suit, you have to return the
jacket and pants together, or if you return a pair of socks or gloves, you need to return them both at the same time. No one likes that drawer full of wayward socks
looking for a long-lost partner.)  
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on gift certificates, games, DVDs, CDs, videos or books (if the cellophane packaging has been removed
because repackaging those is no fun), signed memorabilia (all sales are final in order to protect the integrity of authenticity). 
Please take note, club-required Uniform Kit items are final sale and cannot be cancelled, changed or returned after order has been placed. Customized items
(for example: items with your name, number or team logo) cannot be returned. These jerseys, shorts, socks, bags, etc. were made especially for you to the
specifications you selected and aren’t fit for any other player. 
 
For that reason, we do not accept returns on customized items.  Customized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, SOCCER.COM may not process your return or exchange, and we cannot guarantee that we will send the
nonreturnable/nonexchangeable products back to you. We’d like to avoid that scenario, so call or e-mail us if you have any questions.
What's the timeline for my refund?
These things do take time, but not too much. It’s 5-10 Business Days, to be exact. That’s all we need to receive your package at the fulfillment center, inspect your
return, process it into inventory and complete your refund. We do it as quickly as we can, promise.
Your financial institution should post the refund to your account in accordance with its policies. For most customers this is normally within 7 business days. Keep in
mind some banks take a full billing cycle, and it also depends on when in the month the refund is made. Any questions about that should be directed to them.
After we receive and accept your returned item, we will issue you a full-price refund (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made to the
original form of payment. Credits to gift cards, loyalty points and vouchers may take as long as 30 days to be processed. Returned amounts attributable to gift cards,
loyalty points, coupons or vouchers cannot be applied to exchanges.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, we can help you there, too. Give us a head’s up by requesting an exchange by mail or over the phone. The best address and phone
number are in the next section along with a few more helpful details. 
We process exchanges as two separate transactions. You will be billed for the new item upon receipt of your request for an exchange. Once we receive and accept your
returned item, we will credit your original form of payment for the return. It’s a lot faster and easier that way, we’ve learned.
We will always ship your exchanged item with free ground shipping. Allow approximately 1-3 weeks from the time you request your exchange to receive your
exchange order. On exchanges, we also offer reduced shipping rates on Next-Day and Two-Day shipping.
