Guidelines For Short Film Making Competition

The Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration is holding a short film competition for the 97th Foundation Course officer trainees on the theme of "Legal Aid in India". Films must be 4 minutes or less, submitted by March 25th 2023 in mp4 format, and can be made individually or in groups of up to 3 trainees. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 3 films, and submission indicates consent for the Academy to screen the films.

Guidelines for Short Film Making Competition

1. Theme: Legal Aid in India


2. Last Date for Submission: 25 March 2023
3. Language of the Film: Hindi/English
4. Duration: maximum 4 minutes
5. First Prize: Rs 20000.00 & Certificate; Second Prize : 15000.00 & Certificate; Third Prize:
10000.00 & Certificate
6. All shorts films should be submitted in .mp4 format only.
7. Submission of Short Films on https://gyan.lbsnaa.gov.in/
8. Shorts film can be made either individually or in Group with maximum of 3 Officer Trainee in
each
9. The Competition is open to all Officer Trainees of 97 th Foundation Course.
10. Only one submission will be entertained from each Officer Trainee /Group
11. Short Films will be subject to preview by a committee constituted by Lal Bahadur Shastri
National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie
12. Short Films entered in the competition are subject to automatic consent and approval from
the contestants for screening them by Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of
Administration (as per requirement)
13. Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration will not reimburse any cost incurred
by the contestants in making of the short film
14. By submitting short film to Competition, the contestant takes the whole responsibility of
copyright issues of music, script and other creative and technical aspects of film. The
Academy will not responsible /answerable to any copyright/legal issues regarding submitted
short film.
