Nelson Mandela was born on July 18th 1918 in Mvezo, South Africa.

He was African and a Politician.

He was President of South Africa from 1994 to 1999

He married three times and then divorced twice.

He had 6 children.

He lived in Qunu in South Africa.

He is for liberty, equality and peace, he is part of the anti-apartheid movement.

He was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize in 1993

He died on December 5, 2013 from a lung infection.

He is buried in Qunu in South Africa
