Work Description:
1) Storage System Engineer
Responsibilities
Provide Capacity, Configuration, Performance and Availability management
services for all storage related technologies/infrastructure.
Deploy and manage associated application platforms used to manage the
environment.
Respond to, and update on projects or tickets assigned through internal
systems with complete notes, milestones, and estimated time of completion.
Analyze capacity and performance for all storage infrastructures to ensure
availability growth and readiness for new customers.
Maintain storage environment characteristics including physical array characteristics,
logical disk layout, standard configurations, and storage network.
Work Storage related customer consultations as required.

Serve as third tier escalation for incidents or problems in customer
environments that could be related to the storage environment.
Create and maintain documentation to support the customer configurations for
customer, as well as, shared environments.
Interact with IT vendors to know their storage pertinent system solutions.
2) Network System Engineer
Responsibilities
Member of the PROFESSIONAL SERVICES Team in JARING.
Work with internal customers to develop network solution requirements during scope
definition phase of project.
Communicate within project teams to set network engineering deliverables and
expectations (time/resource requirements)
Provide detailed solution documentation.
Research and analysis of new tools and technologies to improve existing solutions.
3) Product Engineer
Responsibilities
Designing and improving engineering products involves working with design,
marketing and sales teams to support and create marketable products. This includes
documentation, introduction of new products and providing expertise and training to
manufacturing and sales personnel.
Provide technical support process and assist in resolution of manufacturing problems
as required.
Support customer - facing proof of concept (PoC) and current customers.
Deliver ad hoc training to customers as needed.
Identify and champion product enhancement requests and product support issues.
