SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL DEPARTMENT

Me, Myself and My Classmate

I. List down five good traits that you and your classmate share. Reflect on how these
common traits contribute to how you get along with each other.

Angelique’s Traits Johnreb’s Traits

1. Cat lover 1. Loves music, is a musician

2. Likes music 2. Naturally curious and rational
3. Loves creating art 3. Likes cats
4. Night owl 4. Loves video games
5. Strives to perfect her work 5. Determined on achieving goals
Reflection: (Max. of 5 sentences only)

Both of us listed down each other’s traits, and we realized that we actually have multiple
similarities that we share. With these similarities, we are able to maintain our friendship by sharing the
same values we have on worldly discussions, and keeping the same friend circles who also have traits
similar to us. We have known each other since junior high school and this is the only time we have listed
down our traits and realized that a lot of our likes and dislikes are very similar.

II. Picture Analysis

Make a short analysis of these two pictures. Say something about it either from experience or observation
(Max. of 5 Sentences)

For the first picture: In our formative years, we have both experienced being shunned by our
peers and the loneliness and isolation that came with it hurt us both as children. As a result, we learned to
be self-sufficient and be repressive of our emotions, which thankfully had been remedied with our friend
group over the years.
For the second picture: Raising a positive self-esteem should first come from the self, where
both of us and many others have struggled with growing up. Some people, including us, suffer from being
too self-critical; although it is not necessarily all bad to be self-critical, it is necessary for self-improvement.
But we both agree that it's just as important to take a deep breath and ease your mind from stress,
anxiety, and pressure whether internal or external.
